The item was not working it all

I had to contact my bank to issue a charge back. The goods were never sent to me. A very polite Mr Hussain claimed that Royal Mail had kept my goods at the delivery office and that I should go and collect them. I did not receive a missed delivery card (my postmen are very efficient) and the tracking number that he gave me clearly stated that some item had been delivered to someone else (was it a family member or friend!). The road name was not even similar to mine. Royal Mail tracking stated that the tracking number showed that an item had been delivered to someone else. I called Royal Mail who opened a case because they did not have the items so there was no point in me visiting them. They informed me that Mr Hussain could claim his money back from them and I should obtain a refund from him.

However, Mr Hussain said I would not receive a refund until he had received his products back, knowing that he would not receive something he had not sent to me.

I sent my bank Royal Mail's information and Mr Hussain's ridiculous demands and they refunded my money. Banks do not refund money without evidence.

On another note look at the names of the positive reviewers mainly talking about their hair dyes and think about who the majority of products he is selling are created for. Draw your own conclusion.

I bought 4 bottles of Lichen black hair dye and it dyes head hair within 10/15 mins so easy to use and no stains on skin. I have sensitive skin so on the face beard my skin goes red and itches for 2/3 days but then fades away but the main thing is it dyes your hair and beard so really good product would definitely recommend quick and easy to use.

Customer service was very helpful and responsive...I had an issue with my purchase, I sent an instant message on their page....I got a phonecall back straight away..all cleared and items delivered timely and well packaged..I live in rural North East England with no shops selling African items..so to have Wigoos at your fingertips is really a bonus.
