I never got my parcel apparently royal mail lost it. But the man who owns it is very nice and polite.

Masha’Allah loving the hair color shampoo, amazing product with amazing results, and the best thing is it takes 5-10 mins max to apply and wash.
Defo recommend this product. Trust me once you try it, your never gonna look back.

100% accurate results and great value for money,
I have great pictures of before and after results using the Hair Colour Gel which are 100% accurate available in Black and Dark Brown. I opted for a dark brown and a little goes a long way! It is great value for money with exceptional results!

Very pleased with the service. The only online company I know which looks after customers this well. Needed the Lichen gel hair colour, kept me updated as they were out of stock and informed me as soon as they had some. The product is brilliant as well.

Expected delays in receiving order but this was abit extreme working in public sector myself we atleast have the courtesy to offer a complimentary discount or for next time also communication as room.for improvement as to inform the customer of the current order there was no correspondence for weeks until I didn't reach out myself

Total scam business, no item sent & doesn’t want to refund
Total scam ! Do not buy from this seller.
Bought item on 8th March 2024 supposed to receive in 2 to 3 business days but couldn’t receive so message them to ask? They replied item is not available but they kept selling item! They told me item will arrive next week, next week they marked item despatched but item could not arrive even after 8 days of despatch. After loads of time wasting they failed to provide tracking number and refused to refund so I opened case in PayPal. PayPal refunded me money but after PayPal refunded money to me they started to play smart game and sending me message that we will refund you rather before when I was asking refund they were not refunding but when I won case in PayPal then they started filthy game. Totally scamming shop with no professionalism, I am finding more ways to report them and expose them now.
