We ordered the large special needs bike trailer. Ordering was easy, and it came very quickly! Quite affordable compared to others we’ve seen. Was very easy to put together, and our daughter instantly fell in love with it. Super sturdy, comfy and beautifully constructed. Was expecting it to be harder to pull but it was smooth and easy. Looking forward to using all it has to offer- especially the rain/ if screen and jogging/swivel wheels. Thank you for making biking accessible to all!

Transaction was easy. There was a delay in shipping but I was informed every step of the way. Easy to contact and great customer service

The cart kit arrived on time and exactly as expected. The kit was not in stock when I originally visited their site. They have an "alert me when I stock option" that worked very well.

Great product. Replaced a heavier canoe cart that damaged my aluminum canoe. This one is lighter, easier to pull with pneumatic tires, and thus far has not damaged my canoe. Makes long portages on cart trails much easier.

I was dissatisfied in the lack of instruction for the assembly of the DIY trailer. Most of the videos I was able to find were at least 5 years old and it appeared to there was a change to the hardware in that time. The single sheet of instruction included with the hardware did not include 5 cross members only 3 even thought there are locations for 5. The trailer is together now and I will not be pulling it apart to add new bars. Moreover the instructions included directions for a hitch that was not included.

I put the trailer together based on a photo I found on reddit. This made for a distasteful experience

One thing I also learned was the brackets will shrink or aluminum will expand in cold weather.

Like riding a cloud. I am really happy with my purchases. The e-salamadar is super fun to ride, very practical to go grocery shopping and oh... my daughters love it.

My only small recommendation to improve the product would be to have front and back lights wired to the battery. The lights that come with it, work really well, but they need batteries.

Awesome local company. Our family has bought two of their children's strollers that fit two kids and also convert to a running stroller and cycling trailer. The things are built strong but are also light and easy to pack on trips. In my opinion much nicer product than the big names that you can buy at big box stores. Super nice people who run the company too.
