Incomplete order
If I could give a minus star, I would! Absolutely shocking, ordered a bed which arrived in the wrong colour from images shown, the bed should have had 26 slats and end grips, there were none! After emailing because there is no customer service phone number I asked for someone to call me rather than a different person messaging me back on each and every occasion. This was just ignored. After offering me 10% discount to keep the bed as it was or a 15% discounted gift card to keep the bed as it was I.e with no insides and buy slats at my own cost. I asked for a refund and for them to collect the item. I sent customer services photos of the incomplete bed, explained we didn’t have our old bed and we were now sleeping on the floor! I was then told their delivery company would call me within 48 hours to arrange collection again no one called, I emailed customer service again as I was having radiotherapy treatment and had to plan for the item to be collected - receiving a text message from their delivery company at 4.00AM was the final insult and I would never order from them again!! I’ve subsequently ordered from elsewhere.

Complete waste of time ordered item with two in stock onsite. Contacted when delivery date had past where was eventually told out of stock. No communication from ur company until I contacted. Surely at point on delivery date past order should have been cancelled an email and refund should have been sent, a week later cancel the order after multiple messages. Then stating a further week for refund to show up possibly. First and last time dealing with ur company at all. Joke of a customer service and obviously not able to even keep track of stock levels.

I have, everytime said I do not want a discount for an item worthy of £72, coming cheaper since it's totally useless to me. Whatever/whoever is replying to my emails are not reading the thread. I can easily forsee this company in the very near future heading smoothly into admistration if this is the best of what they can do this day and age. Will not give up. Will have to take the item personally somewhere and get them to deal with it.

Bought a door camera. Didn't work, sent it back. Was told refund within 48hrs. Not received a refund as of yet and its been 2wks. Just keep getting told they are waiting on another department. I have proof of returning and signed delivery of return. £80 they have of mine!! I'm not happy. Definitely would not recommend.

Ordered a item online from Wilco.com 27th April 2026, with a delivery date of on or before 8th May. I have been contacted by the delivery company who cannot fulfil that agreement I have asked to cancel order and get a refund.
Customer service for Wilco.com, The Range and delivery partner are non existent. What's the use of chat bots, what's app, and number 35 in the queue.
You have taken my money within minutes pestered me to death with emails regarding super offers I can't miss, also what do I think to the item I originally ordered. Mr Wilco sort yourself out this is no way to run a business. Needless to say do not use Wilco.com I won't be

Avoid at all costs , we bought lots of stuff and they delivered only one box of tissues and another box full of everything was missing after lots of searching and phone calls to delivery and lots of stress they said that's all and then again lots of stress and wasting time calling to wilko customer service they paid refund but not the very wrong cheap toilet tissues that we didn't order.

Taking orders with no stock
The company took two GBP100+ deck board orders at 2 stores which had none of the stock quoted in the order. They must be doing this on purpose e.g. to fund short term cash flow. Shut them down!!!
Avoid like the plague, prices are good but the items are terrible.
Waited two weeks for item to arrive damaged, and I mean the box had been through the wars and taped up on many occasions. Yet they still saw it fit to send to me. There is next to no customer service other than online chat, but they are clearly speaking with 20 people at one time because every response is them asking what the issue is for 100th time. Sooo frustrated!
Terrible customer service.
Ordered a 4" double memory foam mattress topper online but when it arrived it was 1" of memory foam on a 3" reflex foam base.
I contacted customer service to return the item for a refund and all they do is run me round in circles.
Clearly they are trying to allow the returns window to expire.
I even tried taking it back to the Range but they claim it has to be arranged online and collected. The manager told me customer services would email me and request a photo of the item to be returned and sort it out for me.
Surprise! No communication.
Tried booking a return on line again only to get a repeat email claiming my details had been passed to another dept and they would contact me in 48Hrs.
It looks like I will be forced to make a claim through my payment provider.

Useless customer service
Useless customer service - do not respond at all. I ordered an item on the 4th august which was to come direct from the supplier; this I expected to be delivered within a few days as 20 were shown as in stock. I was surprised when the order was acknowledged,to see the delivery quoted was the 12th.No reply when I asked about this.
Tracking was shown, but on checking this there has been no information regarding a day for delivery, and I will be out for several days next week.
Hopeless trying to deal with this company as there is no information of who the supplier or delivery company is.Will not waste my time with them again.
Update - just received an email from `Roxanne` at Wilco with tracking details-probably after copy of view sent by Truspolot .Seems my order is still with the supplier (2 days after order placed) and not even reached Yodel, so goodness know when it will arrive! Feel like cancelling.
Gets worse - latest response from Wilko says one parcel is with courier and one is coming another way!
There is only one item ordered, and on checking with Yodel, they say they still have not received the item from the supplier.
I have told them to cancel the order and refund - I can see this turning into legal battle, and can`t see it helping The Range as they seem to have some connection with Wilko.

Had the best Customer Service experience with Wilco (online shopping) and specifically with Skyler. He dealt with my issue speedily, efficiently and with compassion. Can’t thank him enough!
Would give zero stars if I could
Would give zero stars if I could: I ordered replacement fence panels from Wilco to match some I already have. Delivery date provided at time of purchase sailed by, delivery finally confirmed for a week later. Despite emails and texts confirming the day, delivery never turned up (I stayed in all day) but no-one contacted me to let me know it wasn't happening. Several days later, Wilco is still "investigating"; has not provided a new delivery date yet still offers the panels for sale on their website. Currently waiting for them to cancel the order and provide a refund so that I can buy elsewhere.
Sitter, beware (toilet seat)
Bought Wilco White Oxford toilet seat. Please don’t make the same mistake. Within a few weeks, I had to pay a tradesman 50 pounds to try and stop the toilet seat wobbling, and he spent about 20 minutes on it. I don’t know exactly what is wrong with the fixings on this product, but buying it is a false economy.

received damaged item.contacted them for replacement for a larger spec as it was not big enough and damaged.received new item but wilko refuse to send refund even though they were first contacted when item was in the sale but still charge full price with no refund.also i have not received refund for damaged item either.i have set countless emails and been on live help screen for hours and hours.you have been warned, beware do not use, scammers,untrustworthy

Bought some wardrobes from Wilko online. My husband put them together and found two of the drawer fronts were damaged. Emailed them and was offered a $32.99 gift card, that was quite insulting and for it to be in Dollars was even more insulting. You can’t call them you have to email them. I have never known a service like it, not very helpful at all. They wanted us to pack them back up again have a company to come and collect them and reorder. All for two drawer fronts. Total joke of a company

On the 02.07.24 I ordered online from Wilco a metal shed £235. Advertised as 8.8 ft long x 6.6 ft wide. When it arrived I checked the manafacturer website to find it was 2ft narrower. Just over 4ft wide not 6.6. A huge difference. Asked them to check with manafacturer which took 5 days. Made a complaint which was ignored. Told them to alter the advert or I would refer to Trading Standards. Ignored so I reported it to Trading Standards. They responded then and five days put the true measurements up. But in the meantime sold another 35 of the same shed still advertised at 6.6 wide. They did offer a discount of £17 to keep it. But politely declined. I have had computer generated e mails. E mails ignored. E mails not understanding the issue. After countless requests they still have not collected the shed or refunded any money. As for compensation. Bluntly said no. It is now late July still haven't collected or give me a date for collection. Avoid Wilco at all costs
