"DONT BUY! WARRANTY IS A SCAM! DAMAGED OUR BACKS! BETTER OPTIONS TO BUY ELSEWHERE!
It might be nice at first but once it starts bunching up a couple years later, they'll give you the run around. Your back will be damaged and require medical attention before they're depth requirements are met forcing you to buy a new mattress elsewhere. Google "best RV mattresses to buy" 1st.. they won't even show up on the search. I BEG YOU NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Beware when ordering custom size mattresses. We ordered 2 for our RV benches. Order, confirmation email, and mattress were all tagged with correct specs however both mattresses showed up short on length but correct on width. It was very apparent from the immediate unboxing these were not correct. I reached out immediately to sales to help fix and was told that the mattresses needed 24-48 hrs to expand for "weirdness" in foam. At 22 hrs the mattress length had not shifted at all, so I reached out again, asking to facilitate a returned so that I could work with someone in reordering these at a correct length. I was told AGAIN that theses would get bigger to fill that gap. When I explained that from 1-22 hrs no length in the mattress was happening and that 24-48hr would not change that, then the communication from the customer service person/people got rude. Using the direct phrase in their email to me " The only reason I am arguing with you.." Instead of acknowledging a mistake and helping to resolve an issue and help a customer to repurchase their goods, they will lose my business and my recommendation to others.

Still do not know if they will facilitate a return and refund. I'm sure that process will be just as painful as the previous email exchanges with them.

Beware of this company

They say they have a 100 day risk free

Policy

but if you buy more than one mattress

Then your at risk if you want to return it

Their 100 day trial only applies to the first

Mattress you buy

Any additional mattresses you buy

Your on your own

My second mattress

Hurt my back really bad so I tried to return it

Don't buy a second mattress from them

Because then your on your own

I would give them 0 stars but you can't post a review unless you choose at least 1 star
