I had issues with shipping with them, they sent out an excuse 3 days beyond my actual email, when I followed up to that email, I was ignored. The item eventually came, but god forbid something goes wrong in the process. They are unhelpful and curt. It’s really unfortunate their customer service is so bad because despite me liking the piece, I’ll never purchase from them again because I can’t take that risk, knowing they aren’t proactive. I waited a week for a response before deciding to post this.

Edit: I will say though, most concerns over zippers mentioned are misguided. They send out like 20 different messages about watching a video to make sure you know how to properly handle the garment. It was actually one of my complaints to them because they have time for these automated emails to continue to spam me, but no human can actually get back to me.

It’s so crazy how you guys have time to reiterate the same lie when I already addressed it in the email you never replied to. The spam was all unique emails there was no duplicate. My order was placed before Easter if it was actually packed and shipped before the holiday it would’ve still been moving through the network during the Easter weekend. You cannot blame your delayed packing on a holiday when the order was placed BEFORE the holiday

Ordered the red brontë dress from wild rose & sparrow. I was worried about ordering this dress online since I’d never purchased from this company before, & it’s on the higher end for my budget, but I can tell you this item’s quality was so worth the price. I got a size small (I’m usually US 4-6, size 28” waist) and it fits PERFECTLY & is so flattering, & corset back detail makes this dress fit even better. I think this dress is the prettiest one I’ve worn. The cotton is medium weight heaviness and feels extremely high quality. I am looking forward to seeing future designs from this brand, and will definitely be a repeat customer. Will be wearing this for several upcoming weddings I’ll be attending + my birthday :)

Bought a white siena dress for my short notice wedding and it was great, just the whimsical flowy dress I was after, I’ve just ordered another in a different style!

just make sure you read their policy! i cancelled my order within the 24hr time period and they sorted it no questions asked

I don't have particularly narrow shoulders, but this dress has straps that go off in a ridiculously wide Y-shape, so the straps will not stay on my shoulders. You would have to have shoulders at least 18 inches wide as a dress size small for the straps to even remotely stay put. It's no wonder that in more than half the product photos, the model is either holding onto the straps or has them off her shoulders entirely! This dress I paid $300 for will not stay on my torso. Also, I didn't notice it before, but it came with a burst seam! I can't even return it because I can't prove that it arrived damaged.

Be very careful before placing an order - you could be out hundreds of dollars, this place does not provide refunds. You can only return for store credit or exchange for a different size (if available). Considering that their inventory is tiny and often sold out. It’s not a risk I would’ve taken. A lesson in making sure to read the fine print. Oh and you only have 7 days to return. You pay to return it. And then you must fill out a special form to verify that you have indeed returned the item.

I love the ideas and designs behind this company. They are certainly an investment, but they're not mass producing clothes using cheap, unethical labor and materials. Most sustainably sourced clothing will cost you a pretty penny. That is just how it goes. Look at other brands with similar practices and you'll find similar pricing. These designs are gorgeous and unique, and truly do make you feel like you're in a fairytale. I've ordered several dresses from them so far, and I'm happy with all my purchases. I had to do a size exchange and the customer service was superb! They went above and beyond to help me to ensure I would get the best fit. I love the whimsy these dresses add to my life. I can't wait to see what they put out next.

Honestly for what you pay for the dress I wish it was better quality. I have the Siena dress in sea glass. I’ve worn it three times and the whole dress is fraying, zipper won’t go up past the wait band cuz of the fraying, boning is warped beyond wearing, and the material of the whole dress just feels cheap. Really disappointed.

The clothing looks dreamy. The quality is fine, but the concept makes up for it.
The delivery is fine, everything comes packed very pretty and functional.
In my first order they must have made a mistake with the sewing pattern of the dress. It is the ophelia in lily lace, my theory is that they didn't plan enough fabric space when they sewed in the zipper. Because the whole middle part and skirt gets pulled towards the right where the zipper is, when you close it, it is very asymmetrical, looks and feels very weird. I asked if I could switch the dress but they told me it would take too long to return, refunded me 16 bucks for a 300 franks dress and i am stuck with something I will never wear.

I gave it another shot with a corset I bought on sale for 79 franks. With shipping I paid 111 franks for it, there was a error in the postal code so the dress got send back. I emailed them before they even received the dress and asked if they could just send it out again with the correct code, I would pay the extra shipping because it wasn't there fault. They told me they would give me store credit but keep the corset. The sale is over, it costs again 126 franks, I am stuck on a voucher and i am very disappointed. I ordered clothes from Company's who would have personally made sure to deliver my order, and they where much smaller and way less expensive.

You may take from this whatever you want but they really don't give a hoot about you as a customer.

Great customer service. I was concerned about an order, and they responded in a very timely manner.The designs of their dresses are so very whimsical and divine! (With a beautiful vintage-French touch). I am so grateful I found this wonderful shop.

Dress arrived in decent time. Quality of dress was poor. The fabric looks and feels cheap. The dress is completely see through, so cannot wear without a slip and something to cover the chest. I spent $240 on a dress that will never be worn in public. They do not allow returns. Will not be buying from them again. The photos and videos they post must be edited to enhance their dresses because mine does not look the same dress on their website.

This is a Canadian company but if you are in the UK a few things to note. They take 3-5 business days to prepare your order just for shipping. Then it takes another week before it is delivered, so you need to order at least 2 weeks prior to when you need the outfit. In addition you also have to pay for customs fees before Royal Mail will deliver, my order was almost £100 in customs fees.
