Had Jase an Dennis out to look at a Willerby Dorchester on our park yesterday, they visited me in my office to let me know they where here, let me know what they where intending to do and cracked on with the job, then reported back after to let me know they had done what they could do. Jase attends regularly and always is polite, and courteous and clean and tidy, Dennis was also very polite and courteous, highky recommend both these guys for any aftersales issues.

We had our caravan reskined by 3 men from Willerby Wayne, Dave and Matty what a fantastic job they done.Nothing was too much trouble and they went over and above. Job well done thanks guys.

Used to be a firm favourite manufacturer of static caravan. Not any more.

We first bought a Willerby Linwood. Great van no complaints. Then upgraded to a Willerby Sheraton Elite. Oh dear, the finish and quality is very poor. The main door and French doors to the front have large gaps in them and when raining, the water pours in. I have to have a bail of towels at both doors to catch the water. Not wind and water tight.

The fitted furniture in the bedroom is sub standard. The fixed chest of drawers come off in your hand when you open them.

We have also just discovered cracks appearing in the main bathroom shower cubicle. Very concerned about this. The van is just over a year old. The quality of shower cubicle in the Linwood was far better in this supposed higher end residential lodge.

Every aspect of the floor creaks, so if you have guests staying. They will be awake after going to the toilet during the night. It is just awful. Over £95,000 for this!

You can't speak to Willerby direct and are at the mercy of them as to when they have enough jobs in place to warrant a visit to rectify issues. They have already been out last year to sort doors which was a waste of time as they are leaking again.

Never again will we purchase a Willerby van. It is awful

Did a great job of sorting the issue we had with the eves on one side of the lodge. To ensure consistency they also did the same to the other side.

Recently we purchased new net curtains for our Willerby New Hampton van, and was more than pleased when we opened them up they were all marked which window they made for, which made it a lot easier for us, so THANK YOU very much for that, so would purchase through you again

Great customer service from willerby team during recent site vist. Staff Steve and Stuart were friendly and helpful. They fixed the main issues, fixed a door sticking that wasn't on the call sheet and have logged a follow up call for the rest ordering a complete fix rather than a half job. Thank you Steve and Stuart!

Dave & Ronnie were lovely guys came in done the jobs needing done very happy with it all, tidy up after themselfs and cannot fault how pleasant they were. Very nice people.

Wayne, Dave and Matty came to our site last week to replace all the external panels on our Grasmere which were still under warranty. The paint had started to bubble and peel off. They did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the result, our caravan looks like new. Thank you.

Ian, Jason & Jon carried out repairs of cracks in our outside walls every side on our park home in burwell, they were very professional, clean and tidy and done a great job, it now looks like it should do great work guys 👍👍👌👌
