The Willerby engineers, Steve & Keegan are professional & extremely knowledgeable. They always take great care & are respectful of our property when undertaking their work. We are extremely happy with the work that they have undertaken for us & this is always with a smile.

Hi, Have to say that the engineers have been so helpful and polite especially Steve and Keegan. Phoned in advance and was very knowledgeable. We are both very happy with our caravan and the service.

Keegan & Steve were very professional in the way they carried out the repair work on our Lodge.

Jason Jon and Ian came to our lodge to change the side door and also replace the cladding on the big front window.
They were professional and did a great job leaving our lodge as they found it. Clean and tidy.
Hopefully now we won’t get any further problems with the door and the cladding.

I have just had two people provide an excellent service, resolving an issue with my window leaking. They went above and beyond and checked other areas of my lodge to make sure there were no other underlying issues that might cause further problems.
The guys were polite, kind and very professional. Superb service from Wayne and Lee.

Where to start?

An absolutely outstanding experience.

Seen (Big) Dave on a couple of our snag jobs on our brand new Willerby - New Holland.

What an engineer he is. Knows his stuff on a multitude of things relating to Willerby units.

Always courteous. Polite. Explains things in an easy to understand manner. If there are options relating to your specific snag, Dave fully explains these to you.

And today our visit from the Willerby engineers we had Dave & Scott - in my opinion “The Willerby A Team”

Both professional. As I’ve said already courteous. Helpful.

But above all this their workmanship is SECOND to none. You get the feeling they want to do the job and do the job RIGHT first time!

Both tidy up as they go. Are mindful of your unit, taking shoes off when entering your unit etc.

Hopefully should anyone have any snags on their units, you’d WITHOUT DOUBT want Big Dave & Scott to turn up and rectify them.

An absolute joy to deal with.

And a TRUE CREDIT TO WILLERBY who as a company should be honoured to have their experience, workmanship, knowledge of the product to be able to send theses two in to their customers units.

Scott the technician who worked on my holiday home was polite and a knowledgeable for all problems he came to fix and did a great job thanks.

Jason was very friendly, helpful and approachable. He fixed all our snags quickly and efficiently and to a very high standard. We would highly recommend.

Dave and Scott attended did great jobs and updated us accordingly!

Mark and Lee are both fantastic, and complete jobs to the highest possible standards. Higher standards than could be achieved by external contractors. Both are extremely friendly, and hard working, and always communicate with us, letting us know what’s been done, what issues they encountered, and what the ongoing plans might be. Thanks Mark & Lee, for all your hard work at Tregoad!!

Few issues with our Willerby Sheraton Richard and Scott came to do our snagging list, all jobs completed to a very high standard.

Just purchased a Willerby holiday lodge. Had a few snagging jobs to address. Willerby team Wayne & Scott called to our holiday home. Day 1. They had a look around assessed the small jobs to their job sheet, made sure they had everything for next day start.
Day 2 Wayne called early morning and dealt with each job to a Professional standard. Efficient and Friendly, very happy with the service. A credit to Willerby.

What lovely friendly and very efficient guys mark and Lee who did my jobs today in my caravan at west wittering. Very happy customer as also I asked them to put up a mirrored clock for me too ,they did that for me aswell . Would definitely recommend these guys . Thanks again for your work you had done . Scott and Wayne attended to repair my patio door lock. It wasn't straightforward but they persevered and now it works perfectly. They also made an adjustment to my main door (which wasn't on their work schedule) and that too works perfectly. The reasons for not giving 5 stars are a)long waiting times for appointment slots and b) communication regarding appointment dates. I was given a specific date but when I rang to check a time, I was told they dont give specific dates. You only get to know it will be sometime within that week!! This needs to be made absolutely clear when communicating with site management and owners.

Dave came out today totally unexpected and finally after 14 months I got my patio doors, main door fixed and a new mirror fitted. Dave was very polite and respectful of our lodge. He took his time to fix the doors despite the wind and rain. It's a shame that the office staff at willerby aren't as good at their job as Dave.

Scott and Dennis was great sorting out any issues we have had with our lodge. The side is let down by office staff not returning emails and booking repairs in. We had new doors and one was blown so needed another new door it’s took 10weeks to get booked in. We chased the office as we needed time off work and never got replies from emails the new doors were in stock cause Dennis said we have plenty!!! Very poor service due to staff, great fitters thank you Dennis and Scott.

Jason was friendly and did a fantastic job nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Jason for sorting our van out.
