Delivered very speedily and well packed. Good body wash with lovely scent, although rather worried that they are in glass bottles. The diffusers have a super scent too.

The product arrived beautifully…
The product arrived beautifully packaged, and very quickly. This time I chose the one and only Reed diffuser it smelt amazing, I think this is my new favourite.

Very bad service and customer service
Eventually turned up today 13/05/2021 after placing the order on 22/04/2021.
I had to contact them to find out what has happened to my order to be told they have just received the stock in and will be sent out to you with an extra gift for your patience.
Promises Promises, no extra gift was given, box was battered but fortunately it was a glass bottle in the battered box which was fine.
Would not recommend using this company if you want something quickly, very disappointed in their customer service, very unprofessional

Maybe they need to look at there mailing system.

Love the aroma of all Willam Alexander diffusers. Well priced for such an upmarket product. Have used these for a good few years now and will continue to do so. Like the presentation of the diffusers and the delivery is reasonable quick and reliable. Site is easy to use.
