Willow finance were great start to finish, they always answered promptly and it was so helpful that they were able to communicate via WhatsApp as I couldn't always be available for phone calls. Willows finance have been extremely helpful and efficient in finding me a loan, I feel I've had just the right amount of contact not too pushy or overbearing, however they did chase me when I was slow with paperwork etc which was not a bad thing and ended in me receiving a loan in a timely manner.

Very easy to deal with. All sorted in less than 1 week

The advisors were open and honest about what I could be eligible for, didn't make any false promises and initial quote to payment being received took 2-3 days. Communication was excellent with all queries being responded to very quickly within hours. I cannot recommend this company highly enough (after trying with other brokers who promised a lot but then a lot of to and fro with no end in sight). Having bought a property at auction with RUBBISH credit ratings we honestly weren’t sure how we’d manage to fund the refurb of it. We contacted willow and immediately had a quick and speedy response.
