Fabulous service altogether
After my order has gone through, I wanted to add a few more words to the original personalised message. I sent an email, response was rapid and update was executed with perfection. The wallet itself was a beauty upon arrival, love it. Thank you for a well delivered service.

Lovely product, excellent customer service
I’m very pleased with my order, which arrived earlier than expected and well packaged. I was confused by the labelling as it differed from my order confirmation but I received prompt responses to my emails querying this (even on a Sunday!) and I’m sure my son will be delighted with his new wallet. I will order from this business again.

Does not say Willies Wallets anywhere, but it’s a nice wallet
Ordering was simple. There was plenty of different items to chose from within a range of prices. I chose a two tone wallet with initials on the front. I’m pleased with the wallet, there was a few scuff/sticky marks on the interior but that shouldn’t be a problem. I ordered the gift box which was just a black box. To be honest i ordered from Willies Wallets as I thought it would be funny to have a wallet with this brand mark. Unfortunately, neither the wallet or the box actually say willies wallets. I could have ordered similar from anywhere else and received a plain wallet in a plain box.
Maybe in the future the branding should actually be included somewhere on the product. Other than that, it’s a just a nice wallet.

Good quality, great service
I made a tiny mistake, messed up my order a bit but was contacted, and managed to sort out everything easily. I can't wait to surprise my partner. Only need to wait a few more weeks.
The font is nice and clear, the quality seems to be very good.

I honestly wasn't expecting it to be so nice. I ordered a wallet and it is absolutely perfect. The quality is outstanding and took me by surprise. It was also quick delivery and packaged lovely. Would definitely recommend and use again.
