Purchased a wide legged jumpsuit from this company. Pictures on their site looked stunning. The order came, very short (pics online showed this was a full long leg), I couldn’t get this over my hips (extremely poor sizing), so I contacted this company who offered me 10% refund to keep- I declined. This rose to 20% then 30% then 40%. I asked for the return address, I was told it would be approx $30-$50 USD to return. I found this unusually as the logo states Wilson Carter LONDON?? The shipping took over 2 weeks and the return address was China. This company sells very poor quality products that seem to be photoshopped do not purchase.

Wish I'd read other reviews on this bunch of shysters, dreadful product which took 3 weeks to arrive and was so bad it was laughable. Two pairs of trousers which looked good on the website but when they arrived seemed to made of some sort of parachute type material, so baggy and wide legged a clown would be embarrassed. Emailed them but no response so far. I gather I can claim on Cashback as I used a credit card which I may do. But I would AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE and save yourself the hassle.

Delivery way too long! Quality of clothing is shocking!! Nothing like photos. Cottons hanging off everywhere. Hems all messy. I could probably make these garments better myself and I have no clue! I will not be buying from this website ever again.

I would have given zero stars the company is a joke, you cannot return goods without paying postage, even when a brown top you ordered is purple. Totally wrong colour but they still won't give a full refund.
Steer WELL clear of this company they are atrocious.

This is a Chinese company pretending to be in London. The quality of their goods is abysmal and they just don't care. Total scammers. The sandals I ordered were absolute rubbish. Within 10 minutes of ordering I emailed them to cancel my order because I decided to check their Trust Pilot review and found out what rubbish they sent out. They did nothing. The sandals arrived and the material was cheap and horrible and the ankle straps did not even fit around the ankle so there was no way of doing them up. They sent an email about a very pretty dress I would have ordered if I hadn't found out how everyone is totally ripped off by them. Forget a refund they just tell you it will cost more than the rubbish you have already paid for!

Ordered size according to their size chart. About 3 sizes TOO big. Very poor quality, not as photos show. Poor material considering supposed to be reduced from £69 odd. Didnt check the reviews first otherwise would certainly have not ordered from this what looks to me a scam company giving impression from London but item came from Poland. Looks like I wont bother asking for refund with all the hassle/probs others experienced.

I cannot believe that i was so stupid, this company is nothing but a scam of capital proportions why ever they have not been stopped,you cannot return the crap item you have received which bares no resemblance to the product on there web site, i will take this as a lesson learnt and will no longer shop on the internet, a company to avoid

If I could give -1star I would. Terrible quality, no response from customer service for refunds. They are not UK based despite the name suggesting so. Cheap tatt sold at higher prices. Avoid at all costs.

What a con! Chinese rubbish purporting to be an English company. So misleading.
Do not buy and as others say almost impossible to return

I was deceived into thinking this was a London reputable company with a upmarket store.

I chose a dress which I found out later through investigation was a flattering AI image!!
I tried to pay for the item it went through. I chose another as they offered 20% off on a second order it didn’t go through. So I used another bank card and ordered again.

Can you believe within minutes I got emails saying all 3 orders were accepted. Money had been taken. Immediately I tried calling the mobile number for customer service no answer- I tried all day and sent email no answer- of course they weee a china company not London and then read reviews and they are a fraud con of the highest order took My money. Then the emails started coming from a bot called ‘Emily.’

I wanted to cancel the orders all of them after reading reviews and asked for full refund. They kept sending lengthy emails saying they send items in bulk to uk and no possible to find one item to take out of the parcel etc etc
It went on more than a week. I filed cases with both banks and trading standards. Then the offers of 10> refund or send back at my expense about £50
Then 20% refund and today 40%
I have given my final offer of accepting 70% refund or both my banks will refund my money in full. (The case is still open with them Barclays and nationwide. )
Don’t bother buying from this company and don’t be deceived. The fabric is polyester and like 5 sizes too big. Something would never wear. Nothing like the photos or description on website. So angry disappointed with these Chinese people. Even shein and Temu allow full refunds and free returns. Do not bother trying to call
Mobile they never answer and customer care is non existent.
It’s a big con and their emails start with we understand your disappointment but they don’t really understand!
Shut this place down and report to bbc panorama to investigate as I have done.

I would give it 0 if I could! The company totally misrepresents itself online.
I bought something for £40 thinking I was buying quality. I wouldn’t have paid 40p for the item let alone £40!
Returns are impossible unless you want to pay for it to be sent to China (which was the cost of the item.
Correspondence was polite but I wonder if it was sent by a bot!

Avoid this company at all costs. They are falsely advertising AI generated pictures of clothing when in fact sending clothing poor quality clothing from China.
They state easy returns and 30 day returns then tell you that returns are highly expensive and timely. I've been told I can have a 20% refund and keep the s**t dress they sent. I won't drop this on principle, besides the dress is so bad I'd feel bad even giving it to the bin. These guys are nothing more than thieves!

Oh how I wish I had looked at reviews before ordering 2 dresses. They come from China not London and are very cheap quality and sizing is poor too. DONT BUY FROM this company. Definitely not easy to return snd sure you won’t get your money back

Blouse nothing like advertised. Impossible to return unless wished to pay more than value of item purchased in the first place. Not UK based. Need reported to Trading Standards. Blouse in bin. AVOID!!!

Goods don’t live up to image of product.

Their website says “return within 30 days for a full refund”. And the footer of their email says “easy returns” but it’s all a scam. If you try to return anything they offer you 10% or 20% and tell you that a return would have to be to their warehouse in china (despite being Wilson and Carter OF LONDON) and that you’d need to pay the full cost of shipping, fully tracked or the return would be void.

Total scammers. Don’t buy.

As per all the other comments. Clearly a complete scam
I bought a pair of shorts for £29.99
When the shorts finally arrived they could only really be described as a dish cloth !
Obviously zero chance of a refund from this scam Chinese company
however on the flip side I asked for a charge back from Barclays and to my surprise this was refunded within 24hrs 👍

They are using deceptive descriptions and photography to offload sub standard product. When you complain they won’t offer a workable returns and refund process but try to get you to accept money off your next order. Delivery times immense. It’s so close to a scam as makes no difference.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered some cargo shorts. The quality of the material was very very cheap. I ordered two sizes to ensure the correct fit, assured that returns were a simple process. The sizes were absurdly smaller than advertised - probably the average size of dwarfs. After reading reviews on Trust Pilot I realised I had been very naive. The offer was to good to be true - I had pretty much fallen for a completely fraud.

Do not buy from this company if you wish quality goods. They are not a UK supplier their goods come from China etc. They have no storefront in London. They state their returns policy is easy. Not so. They don’t want your goods back. They offer 10% refund, you keep the goods or 100% credit note, refuse that and they then offer 20% refund. Query wanting full refund and they start negotiating this with you, citing that a return will cost you £50+ to China in my case. Avoid.
