The shop is scum. Ordered 8.02.24. Got confirmation. 10.02.24 tried to send the question through their web page-error-send later. Managed to get reply through fb: they ran of stock and they waiting for this product to the end of the next week! Went to check on their site: still saying available for 1-2 days delivery. When I asked how is that possible: got answer to talk with customer service. With who I just was talking then? Weird people. Scum shop. Be aware

Wimpole have a great selection of products suitable for use in salons and clinics. Very happy with the service they provide, deliveries are quick, communication is excellent and the prices are very reasonable.

Disappointing Experience with Wimpole Fillers: Good Service Turns Sour in Times of Need
I recently had the opportunity to experience Wimpole Fillers' customer service, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. Like many others, I was initially impressed by the seemingly good service provided by the company. However, it is during times of trouble that a company's true commitment to customer satisfaction is revealed.

In December, I received an email from Wimpole Fillers notifying me that the item I had purchased was out of stock, and they had initiated a refund via Klarna. While hiccups in inventory are understandable, what followed was a series of disappointments. Despite Wimpole Fillers claiming to have processed a refund through Klarna, the latter confirmed that they had never received any such transaction.

Feeling concerned and frustrated, I promptly reached out to Wimpole Fillers via email on January 24, 2024, seeking clarification on the situation. Unfortunately, as of this review, I have yet to receive any response from their customer service team. This lack of communication is disheartening and raises serious questions about the company's dedication to addressing customer concerns.

In an attempt to resolve the issue, I am now considering making a phone call to their customer service. However, based on the experiences shared by other customers in their reviews, my expectations for a satisfactory resolution are dwindling. It appears that Wimpole Fillers may have a pattern of providing good service until a problem arises, at which point the quality of their service takes a sharp decline.

While I am hopeful that my situation will be resolved promptly and amicably, I feel compelled to share my experience with others. The lack of responsiveness and uncertainty surrounding the refund process have left me disappointed with Wimpole Fillers, and I encourage potential customers to approach their services with caution, especially when considering the potential challenges that may arise after a purchase.
