I will never use this company again!

I placed an order to my salon address, had previously ordered to another work place, they have sent my next day delivery to the old address and have NOT checked the address on the order. I cannot change it either so now I have to rescheudle my client and thats only if she is happy to, wasting my time, my booking calender and my income.

How can an organisation like this PUT ON THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS. it has gone to a place far away where i no longer work. If they do not compensate for the time wasted and this hideous mistake (which is the 2nd out of 3-4 deleries i have made since using them) I will make a legal claim against then for loss of earnings.

Do not use they are poorly organised and not diligent at all, furthermore, i have tried calling 15 times and they do not pick up the phone.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS SUPPLIER THERE ARE MANY OTHER BETTER ONES

Over all a good company to deal with, until it isn't. Do not bother trying to ask any questions they not interested. Not while using WhatsApp anyway. Had this experience today.

I bought eyebag solution from them, it is for external use, but the solution is in sealed ampoules specific for injection. I asked them to make a return. Without asking me if the product is in good condition, they answered directly that I cannot make a return. I fit into the 14 days. I then sent several messages, but I was totally ignored. The managerial quality of the company is ,,0,,.
