Badly packaged items damaged in transit
Have used Wimpole a few times now and have always been happy however, today, I’ve had to give a 3 star rating.
My package arrived super quickly but was very badly damaged. The products were crushed by the courier and, because the packaging was virtually non existent (no protection with paper shreds or bubble wrap) one of my syringes is bent.
I’m more upset that I contacted them by email but haven’t had a response. I appreciate these things happen but this could have so easily been avoided if better packaging had been used.

Good product range, website not listing out of stock
Good product range, quick customer contact.
However the website allows you to order products not in stock, without notifying you they are out of stock, until i contacted customer service, all they could say is it should arrive today, tomorrow and so on.
Otherwise happy with my order.
