Amazing company and when my glass was broke they brought another one as soon as possible

Extremely helpful, efficient customer service, excellent products. We’d gone from double glazing to triple glazing. The difference in sound pollution is incredible. Tested it, had gone down with 30 decibels. So worth it!

Great costumes service. Very very very easy to order on line.
Fairly quick delivery.
Good products

Very helpful, no problems, great service

Door was perfect, delivery great and good communication. Couldn’t have asked for more, thanks!

Friendly, helpful deliverer. Great product.

I've ordered a number of windows from these guys and have always been really impressed by the quality of service and good prices. They're helpful and prompt to reply if you have a query. I thoroughly recommend them.

Very efficient

Great experience with this company. They were very helpful in guiding me through the correct measurements for my window, which I really appreciated as I had never ordered one before. For someone new to this, the process can feel quite stressful, but their team made it much easier.

They adjusted the delivery date to suit my request and kept me updated on the day the item was dispatched. I spoke to a few different team members, and everyone was helpful and professional, which shows they have a strong team.

The window style I wanted was only available through them, and ordering through their website was straightforward compared to other companies that required a much longer process. Overall, very pleased with the service.

It was easy to get a price and order, it was delivered on time and the driver was very helpful

Process of ordering online was clear, the door came in good condition, the right size and good quality.

Beading was incorrect length. Therefore upon installing it the beading was damaged, this occurred on all 4 windows that required installing. For a product like windows, I'd expect everything to arrive millimetre perfect.

Regarding delivery, they do kerbside only and an able-bodied person be available to unload it directly from the lorry. This can be extremely heavy and break your back, so please take note before placing the order.

Excellent ,arrived on day that was arranged 👌

Good customer service lead time and product.

User friendly site, easy to navigate and order.
Friendly, pro-active customer service both via phone and email.
However, the courier they used wasn’t reliable. They are supposed to call an hour before delivery, but didn’t. Didn’t show on the first delivery date and still didn’t call on the second attempt, just showed up.
Other than the delivery, their service is excellent.

Didn’t get what I ordered, came in grain effect which I did not want.

I made an enquiry one evening and had a reply that same night from Chris who couldn’t have been more helpful. Having been let down by builders and left trying to order windows and doors myself he made sure I was ordering what I needed even taking the time to call me to discuss - not something most online suppliers ever seem to do. Windows shipped exactly on time and are great quality. Tiny hiccup with some handles put right in 24 hours with a courier delivery. Exceptional service like this needs an extra star!

Couldn't have been better.
Excellent quality product, great design. Chris kept me up to date about the delivery and it was delivered and placed very carefullly. Very happy with the triple glazed unit overall, and with the service. Top job.

From time of ordering to delivery we were kept informed about our order. Arrived, all good, looked great once fitted. We did have an issue with one of the panes a few days after fitting and this is when this company came into their own, sorted without delay or quibble - Ray was so helpful and sorted it quickly. Highly recommend Window Supply Direct.
