I ordered a seat cover and it said if I am running a rider backrest to put it in the comment section. I did what the website said and received the cover with no cutout for my backrest. I have sent emails trying to fix the situation with me response. I gave it a 3 star because the product itself is good but the customer service lacks luster.

Seat cover was very hard to install on my 2017 Africa Twin. I emailed support to make sure I received the right one and after going back and forth a couple times and sending pictures, I was told it was correct and basically to try harder. So I fought it and pulled so hard I thought something was going to tear but It eventually pulled over all four corners. Just barely but it did. I am hopeful it will stretch out and fit better someday. These covers are great in the summer heat. I had one on my last bike that fit a lot better and was a major game changer in the hot summer months. You do slide around a bit on them would be my only complaint. I do not run them in the winter because you can feel the cold air movement beneath you.

Exactly what I was looking for and it fit perfectly on the bike I bought it for. Love it and highly recommend it to all !!

I was a little tough to put on the 790 but once I got it on it is awesome it vent really good and keeps you from sweating when riding it is a must have.

I waited (impatiently) for my seat to be designed, tested and brought on line. A seat cover for a CanAm Sea2Sky didn’t exist yet. It was very much worth the wait. The fit is perfect. It’s easy to install. And most of all it’s comfortable. Just raised enough to allow air flow to pass through and here in the Pacific Northwest it also allows my tush to stay dry during our downpours. Yes, up here we ride in inclement weather. I’m very happy I waited for my WindRider seat cover and didn’t succumb to the inferior other options out there!!!

This was my second wind rider order, changed bikes. The first order was delivered wrong and took over 2 months to get sorted and I had to do all comms as I only ever recieved 1 reply from the dozens of mails I sent to get it sorted out. My second and latest order was similar. I had an email delivered from the courier saying my order had been cancelled 2 days from delivery and after sending numerous unanswered emails to support, I finally requested a refund…3 times with again no reply or communications. My seat cover finally arrived 3 weeks later and was missed the rear pillion cover and given I’ve had zero feedback from Windrider, I’ve given up and doubt anyone would even read this.

So I got a little hole in my seat I was going to see if I could get it redone then I ran across windrider they got covers ok that would work pretty cheap good quality so I got one for my v strom these things are great looks really cool fits perfect fast shipping I'm in Arizona you park in the sun the seat gets hot I went to work parked in the driveway catch a ride with my brother when he dropped me off he says oh boy your seat going to be on fire I said better not be supposed to be cool and it was it's so awesome not even a little bit hot

Great customer service, quick postage, and th Windrider cover is awesome, like having an air-conditioned seat and very comfortable.

Took a while to come in but the communication was top notch I have a aftermarket seat and they were able to help me get the one that fit the fit isn’t perfect but it does make a huge difference if you leave your bike out in the sun or go on long rides your rear doesn’t get near as hot would recommend for sure

They said te cover was available for my model. But they just send me a random square cover that didn't match my motor cycle (a Ninja 1100SX) at all.

Absolute garbage received what can only be described as a generic seat cover took weeks to get here.
Not even close to fitting my bike. I have 4 to 6 inches of overhang on the sides.
Then trying to use their return policy. Only way to contact them is email and they never respond.
It is a scam the more I looked into it.
It's a Chinese company with basically DBA for Wind Rider in the US.
They have no US address, no US customer service phone number, nothing.
I learned the hard way I'm out $80 now.

What a difference this makes! I was initially worried it wouldn't fit my Can-Am Spyder, but customer service responded quickly with an installation video that made the process incredibly easy. The cover stays firmly in place and offers great ventilation to keep me cool while riding. Great product and fantastic support!

Front fits, back kind of fits, but can not lock back seat down with the cover on it!!!!! Your "customer support" REALLY SUCKS!!!! I was planning to get a set for each Brother, and a very good Friend, (a Brother from another Mother). But, with the BULLSHIT I PUT UP WITH!!! SCREW THAT! SO, I HAVE THE FRONT ONE ON, AND WILL NOT ORDER ANY MORE! You also will Not Get A Good Report if anybody ask me about it!!!! You Really Screwed Up! "Customer Service" ARE JUST WORDS AND A "TITLE"!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordering was easy, shipping was quick, and we love the seat cover!! No more sweaty butts!!

If what I read is correct Air Flow and Wind Rider are now the same company and I bought the South African Air Rider for a 2025 Moto Guzzi V85tt Travel and I can tell you crappy fit to small humps up in the middle only goes down when sitting on it and a complete pain the ass to get your motorcycle seat to go back into place. Custom made my ass.

I've a cover for a 2015 R 1200RT which I can not get to fit well enough to get the seat lock to latch. For this reason I am [trying] to get a refund. I first e-mailed on September 3, 2026 and have not yet gotten a reply. Today, September 13, 2026, I have e-mailed again to jog them.
Thus far, not at all a good experience.

Great service for an unusual non-standard single bike seat for my BMW Airhead.

I believe my Windrider makes my seat cooler in this hot weather (hard to be sure). I'm waiting for cold weather to see if it makes my seat seem warmer. I CAN say that my seat doesn't slide around the way it did without the Windrider, and I'm pleased by that.
