After writing a bad review yesterday, as my order did not arrive, someone saw this review and arranged for my wine to arrive today. Hooray it has arrived, i was told that it was originally lost by royal mail and they apologised for this, if they were aware it did not arrive they would have sorted it earlier.

I found my Dad’s favourite wine here that is out of stock everywhere else (at least in the UK), so I wasn’t sure if it was too good to be true…but it arrived on time, was well packaged, and was exactly as described. I will not hesitate to order again and highly recommend Wine Deals Direct.

They have an excellent selection of wines not just run of the mill wines but sophisticated wines that aren’t available anywhere else. The prices are very competitive and delivery was within their stated time frame.

Ordered a bottle was meant to be shipped in 5 working days. I emailed to see if its been delivered at day 7. Got a call back instead on private number. Saying a refund can't be made because it was a hassle getting the bottle for you and shipped but the bottle will be delivered today(12th March). Still have not received it.

Not a problem with ordering great price and love the wine. Not impresses when it's delivered to my front door step and left for everyone to see when I'm away overnight. Hope it's still there tomorrow when I'm home
