Poor customer service

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The dress I received does not match the commercial or the product advertised online. The color, style, fabric, and overall appearance are noticeably different from what was shown, and the dress does not look or feel as it was represented when I made the purchase.

What makes this experience even more devastating is the return policy. Because this is an international return, I am expected to pay the return shipping completely out of pocket. The shipping cost is almost as much as the dress itself, which makes returning the item financially unreasonable. On top of that, I was informed that I would not receive a refund for the shipping costs, leaving me to absorb a significant expense for an item that I feel was not accurately represented in the first place.

Customers should not have to spend nearly the price of the product just to return something that does not match the advertisement. This is incredibly frustrating and feels very unfair to the customer.

I strongly urge anyone considering ordering from this company to look very carefully at the return policy and understand the potential international return costs before purchasing. Advertising a product one way and delivering something substantially different, then placing the entire financial burden of the return on the customer, is extremely disappointing.

I never, ever write reviews about products that I purchase on-line because I feel like it's partly my responsibility to check reviews. I didn't for Winslow Fashions. I admit that the banner claiming a 30-day hassle free return caught my eye. I ordered some linen pants in two colors and a shirt. The photos and descriptions of the products looked really good! It took a while for my order to get here...the company claimed that they were overwhelmed by orders since it was their anniversary. Finally, the order arrived and I was extremely disappointed. The first pair of pants were made cheaply; the second pair was not linen but were of a material that felt like polyester (although the two descriptions were the same). The shirt didn't fit at all. I sent an email to Winslow Fashion to let them know that I would like to return two items. I received an email back fairly promptly and thus began negotiations by the company to encourage me not to return the items but get a store credit instead. I finally agreed, but once that was done, have had no response when I tried to order a replacement piece. I have yet to resolve the issue and I am stuck with two items that I really don't like and don't fit. Please don't order from Winslow Fashions unless you read reviews and you decide from the beginning that you are stuck with whatever product is sent to you.

I can only echo the majority of the experiences that MTP had. Ordered on July 18, by August 4, still clearing customs. I cannot comment on the quality of the delivered product yet, but when and if I get delivery, I will finish with another review.

This is my fault. I should have read the reviews, and 30 day return policy in detail. Buyers are responsible for shipping returns TO CHINA AND a 15% stocking fee.

Again, I should have reviewed the return policies in detail.

Winslow Fashion products are made of cheaper than usual man made fibers inappropriate for clothing.
My order took twice as long as the 7-12 business days quoted (and I assumed by their marketing and images and free shipping in the US with a flag, that the order was coming from the west coast, NOT directly from China.)

The customer service I contacted when the shipment was well overdue with no updates to the tracking for almost two weeks, is trained well at being vague with responses unless you push them for specific details.

It was then from their quoting the fine print, that I understood that I fell for the AI images and suggestion they were actually an American business.

Also, I realized I didn't check the fiber content, before ordering, again my bad.

When they don't tell you what the fabrics are made of on the product listing, you most likely won't want it on your body. Trust me.

First world problem, but as more and more of us buy online, it is critical to check independent reviews, and heed the warning signs of missing information, and read the fine print. I learned the hard way and hope this helps others considering a purchase from Winslow to run, and look elsewhere.

"Fast Fashion" is one thing and I didn't have super high expectations, but this was ridiculous enough for me to write this review.

Live and learn people, and stay away from them, unless you want to spend hard earned money on these people.

So happy to catch this floral cardigan on sale half off. Its so soft and perfect for the spring. Love it so much, definitely will order again.
