Please save your money. This site should be closed down taking hard earned money off people and delivering utter rubbish. Making it extremely difficult to return anything I wished I had kept my £40 instead of giving it to these rats.. first they offer you 30% and you can keep the item then it’s 40% and you can keep the item otherwise you have to wait weeks for it to be checked in China.. disgusting

BEWARE. Wife purchased shoes and completely getting the run around. Shoes turned up and looked completly different and also with a note to say they did not have her size so sending a larger size! She asked for a refund to be told to return the shoes to china at her cost. No uk company number, no uk phone number, no UK address. Absolute scam.

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered shoes which took nearly a month to arrive. The wrong size was sent and they had the nerve to offer a discount if I kept them. I am still waiting for a return address. Please do not order anything from this 'false' company, Dorothy

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY l ALSO ORDERED THE BASKETS. Which turned out to be tote bags. I contacted my bank and got a full refund back. I also noticed other companies selling the same things so they could be operating under a different name.

The ad came up on Facebook, and looked like an English small brand. The 'laundry bag' was just machine appliqued fabric, and looked nothing like the picture. I was told I had to pay to return the two items I ordered to China, and I said I would if they supplied an address and confirmed that I would get a refund. No response to date. It's just another generic Chinese company, no returns, no refunds, just a rip-off, pretending to be a small female run English company.

Absolutely awful … the “handmade” linen laundry baskets / bag . It took ages to arrive snd when it fid it was laughable nothing like the photo and it was dirty
Would not recommended purchasing from this company . I thought it was UK based - i normally read reviews but unfortunately on this occasion did not - what a big mistake
Ive emailed twice and still no response .
It says return within 30 days to where exactly ? Avoid as mentioned on previous reviews. NO STARS **** wouldnt let me put none

Thought this was a UK based company I was purchasing from. Quality was poor and jumper did not look anything like the picture. Sizing was also not correct. Requested a return and several emails later I finally got a response stating I would need to return the jumper to China and incur the postage. Offered a 20% refund to keep. Very poor customer experience.

As with everyone else I wish I had read the reviews before being ripped off. My order has just arrived (eventually)and surprise surprise its utter tat. Emails undeliverable.

Like everyone else said, should be zero stars. Utter shit product then no support for refunding

I should have read the reviews first.
I thought I was really buying from UK run business.
I noticed something was not right when the tracking started showing Yunan China post….
It stopped updating for few weeks, so I have emailed them asking for progress, got an undeliverable notification back … what a surprise eh ?
I got in touch with my bank to say I was scammed, they returned my money for now.
Few weeks passes and I get a notification that my parcel is with Evri, it finally arrives, I open it and instead of laundry basket, i find loads of bubble wrap and inside it 5 screws …… you couldnt make it up truly.
Avoid

Zero stars more appropriate. I’m in the UK, thought company was based here, but it’s not. Asked for a refund - I have to send the laundry basket to China! What a disgrace. They offered me 15%, then 20%, then finally 40% to keep the item. Please don’t be fooled by this company as I was.

This ought to be no stars. Pretending to be a UK family firm and are actually based in China. Don't buy, I tried to cancel order and told it's not possible. It has been showing as waiting for courier pick up for a long time. I have reported to credit card company and they have put payment on hold. I will also report to Trading Standards as fraud. Facebook ad not removed

I ordered leather boots size 8.

What arrived is size 36 material boots poor quality direct from china

Awful. Took a long time to arrive. Quality shocking. Was supposed to be £52 in the sale. Complete rip off. Not nice amd could shoot peas throught it. I wouldnt pay £5 for it. Now trying to return but not holding up much hope.

I ordered an embroidered basket, what arrived was a bag thing made out of a 70s bed spread. Not a single bit of embroidery or hand stitched daisy’s anywhere. Now fighting to get my money back. Raised a dispute through the bank so fingers crossed I won’t be out of pocket on such trash. Definitely avoid this company.

I saw a dress for a wedding. Read the material details, the overview etc. The image showing a family boutique is fake! The company is ridiculous and dress I received is cheap rubbish. They offered another dress that will be better quality as the one I received had “ slipped through the net of poor quality” nothing arrived. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Purchased 2 bags described as quilted tote bags.
The quality of the items are extremely poor and are no way quilted.
The description is clearly false.
Do not use this company.

The worst clothing it’s cheap and nothing like the picture badly made. Getting a refund is impossible and it’s not cheap. Do not buy from this company they should be struck off websites

Deserves a minus star.
Bad quality
Slow delivery
No reply on contact emails
No returns info
Good looked like a school sewing project.

As the other reviews have reported do not purchase from this company you’re wasting your money. Sweatshirt arrived cheap quality not as advertised on social media in fact it’s completely unwearable. Didn’t waste my time trying to get a refund putting this one down to a lesson learnt will do a deeper dive of companies reviews b4 I purchase again!
