I saw a mug on their website that looked like it had three-dimensional elements and the description even said 3D. When I received the mug, it was not as described. It looked like a label was just attached to the mug and there were no 3D elements. I thought this was rather deceptive and asked the company to return the item, which they refused. After threatening to leave negative reviews, they offered me a tiny percentage of the original purchase price back, explaining that they had expenses including shipping. They obviously don't care about their reputation, and I will never order from them again. Also, they don’t provide any tracking info.

Ordered the cat in a boot. Got flat piece of plastic with a picture on it. Will be looking at options for disputing this purchase. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR. SCAMMER

Wouldn’t buy anything from wise gardeners. Ordered the dog in the boot and now checking on order there is no such order. Scam!!!

I ordered the dog in a boot ornament. I expected to receive an actual ornament as pictured on the website. What I actually received was a cheap plastic 2 inch cut out picture of a dog in a boot. The item i got probably cost less than 50 cents to mass produce. So disappointed. Perhaps you should put a correct picture and detail of this item on your website. Your misrepresentation is criminal.

I bought the cocker spaniel in a boot Christmas ornaments for a gift. I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I was when it finally arrived. It was very tiny and looked very cheap. Probably worth 5 dollars. Save your money and buy somewhere else.

Extremely fast shipping from China. Product arrived complete and as advertised.

I received pet pad cat toy but it came today with absolutely no instructions, plus it says it's for baby not a cat. Cheap junk, and waited way over a month for it. I'm going to dispute with my card, since I can't get in touch with the seller.

(Adding after company's response 10/22/24)
I did contact your customer service before entering my review and basically got the same "canned" response as their reply except not getting what I expected, saying it was for babies when I ordered for my cat Pet Pad (a different species from a human baby) It leaked and was thrown in the trash. I still stand by my original review! A complete waste of money. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered the set of felt mice. They aren't near as cute as the pictures. They have flat faces, no whiskers, don't stand and one even had an ear that wasn't attached.

Ordered wrong item. Got in touch with wisegardeners and received fast response. Took care of my problem and got 50% off. WHAT A DEAL. THANK YOU

I just thought they would be beautifully crafted.
They don't even stand up.
Oh well.

Easy ordering and quality delivery. The felt nice were very cute and just as pictured.
