I bought an advent calendar for my Granddaughter through a link on Facebook, i paid for it, checked emails for confirmation, nothing, emailed the Customer Services through the link, just said they have no knowledge of my purchase, sent them a screenshot of transaction through my credit card, just replied, no order number cant do anything. I have repeatedly contacted them for a refund or to send me the item, butvthey just say, no order number. They are a bunch of thieves, under no circumstances use this company!!!!!

Thi company uses a deceptive trap when you purchase anything online.
When you have selected your purchase and have entered all of your bank details, you are then asked if you want to upgrade your order and are then tricked somehow into buying that and your original purchase. There doesn't seem to be anyway to cancel or change it. They just send you an email thanking you and telling you that it is being shipped. My bank was no help, they just said if you've given them the card number that its down to you and I should contact the company. I've sent emails as there isn't a phone number, but I've read online others have tried this, but don't get a reply.

Received my package this morning opened it and it fell apart when I put my hand the loop to hold it so not much use as a exfoliating brush when you can't even hold it so product is very poor won't be buying from them again

I ordered car spray sa advertised on social media, buy two and get the third one free for £20. Its been a month nothing has arrived. Emailed their customer services a couple of times and ZERO response. It seems I have learnt a lesson at the cost of £20. Its a company not to be used ever again, they are robbing people in UK. They simply do not give a SH-T about robbing any one, ITS A SCAM

Complete and absolute tat. Ordered a supposedly metal jet wash attachment which eventually turned up as completely useless piece of plastic crap. Couldn't be bothered with the aggro of sending it back, chucked it straight in the bin as the Hozelock one I have worked far better. Beware people, crap from China.

wishhouse is another chinese scam with full knowledge of be Meta facebook is full of these companies with products and discounts that are not real

Poor quality and doesn't work

Ordered what I thought were decent peelers. When they came they were utter rubbish.
I have emailed the company x3 times now asking them to confirm their return address which shows as:

Returning Warehouse
Unit 1, The Ridgeway Estate
Bucks SL0 9HX

However Royal Mail does not recognise the address. They have chosen not to respond so I will now report to my Bank.

Saw an advert from Wishhouse.co.uk on Facebook for vegetable peelers £9.99 for two. Went onto Wishhouse website and ordered the above items, paid with credit card. Before confirmation of order came through the site immediately took me to another page of offers. Offered 3 peelers for £10.99 so I clicked this thinking it was just going to update my order from 2 to 3 only to find it was an addition to the first order. This meant I had ordered 5 peelers which i didn't want.
No phone number on website only email address. I emailed immediately and ask for order to be reduced to original 2. No reply, or to the subsequent following 4 emails I have sent. Credit card company not that interested in helping due to small amount of money involved. Please beware before you purchase from this company as you may also end up paying £24.99 instead of £9.99 plus postage and receiving goods you do not want !!!
