I hired Wishup for my SEO project. They were really professional in their communication. Once we set the SEO plan, they got to work. Three months later, my business saw a big 41% improvement, bringing in more revenue for my business.

I ordered something, nothing has arrived, I asked for my money back, no response from the company whatsoever.
I suspect I have been scammed, not happy.

I am struggling to understand the reviews given as I saw an add regarding leather repair / enhancement and placed an order for said product, money taken and after one week no email stating when it would be delivered, so
I enquired as to when I would receive said order only to receive a snotty reply it’s no been over two weeks and no product, I have requested for my money to be returned and surprise, surprise no reply.. please people steer clear of this company really poor attitude to new customers.

No other virtual assistant company in the market puts this much effort into customer satisfaction. Right from the quality of the virtual assistant to immediate back-ups in case of leaves, they really want you to derive value. Happy to have found them.

If you are a freelancer or consultant, this is a heads-up for you guys, they don't release your payments! They hold your payments and ask you to work on stuff that was not discussed at the beginning of the project.
Don't work for this company, waste of time & effort.

Company provides with experts who are knowledgeable and help you achieve your business goals. Really happy with their services.

Overall solid experience. I give them a list of tasks and items to get done and they do it. If you're looking to get your busy work done instead of staying on your to-do list, this is the place. Jijo is the man!

Some VA’s are very good. Some VA’s are not competent enough. There should be proper filtering of the virtual employees before assigning them to the client.
Same is with account managers. Very few of them take keen interest in the requirements of the client, rest are just for name sake.

I have applied for wishup and qualified in the assessment, even I got a call regarding j have selected to the wishup and they have informed me that Ur qualified and Ur next round will be in next coming week, when u contacted them back, they said that Ur not selected and try it after 6 months

The person assigned really did not understand the work that was needed. It ended up being a total loss of several thousand dollars.

Great offering. Couldn’t deliver. Unreliable although seemingly well intentioned...
Management tried to help but the practitioner failed to deliver.
