Brilliant calisthenics workshop. Well put together space and Esther was again amazing. She's an outstanding representative of the brand! Looking forward to the next one

Missing order - #14565

My order was marked as ‘delivered’ on 3rd November, but it never arrived. No parcel, nothing in my safe place, nothing with any neighbours. I reported it to WIT the very next day, 4th November.

Their customer service has been shockingly slow and unhelpful. I’ve provided every single document they requested, instantly, yet I’m still not convinced they’ve even bothered to submit the claim to Royal Mail. I’ve had zero meaningful updates and no sign of any progress.

I’m still £133.99 out of pocket, which I honestly can’t afford, and these trainers were meant to be a Hyrox event supporting McMillan Cancer. For a company of this size, the complete lack of urgency and communication is really unacceptable.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and deeply disappointing. I’m still awaiting a refund.

Edit: Following another email and this review, I have now received my refund. Thank you.

Timely delivery and product as specified;

Great quality training gear, my go to everyday training shorts and tees. Fast service and recommend to everyone I train with.

WIT are a great brand, with great energy, I love both the clothing and the events they run! I feel good AND look good!

I’ve worn WIT to train in through years and absolutely can’t recommend their kit enough - high quality that lasts through even the most gruelling of workouts and looks and feels amazing!! :))

Ordered RADS trainers and WIT Shorts
The shorts feel good, look great and super comfortable and trainers are true to size

No complaints from me will purchase more from them for sure

Great people, great community, great brand 🫶🏼 love everything about WIT!! the events are always so much fun and bring a great sense of community to the fitness space, and I live in my oversized tees and kintura shorts for training

Have ordered numerous things and always had a great experience. Top quality product (especially the new shorts). Delivery fast as well!

Great products, even better community. Always enjoy their events and have a good time training with them. Huge fan of the Axon gear and love the quality of the stuff they have released over the past year, since the brand relaunch. Look forward to ordering again soon when new lines drop.

Quality clothing and well put together events. Always looking forward to them when I get the chance.

I recently tried out part of the Kintura WIT collection - the sports bra and shorts are my favourite pieces and suit my style of training so well. The customer service was fast and easy to navigate. Would purchase from again!

My sister got me a gift card for my birthday, so I treated myself to a new pair of trainers and the WIT longsleeve for winter (I already had the sleeveless one and super happy with it). It arrived so quickly, service was perfect as always!

Really nice company. All kit has been true to fit and holds up really well. Looking forward to checking out more of their events and takeovers in the future

Excellent customer journey experience. Product is of superb quality and fits amazingly well.

love my WIT training shorts! super comfortable, great fit, and perfect for workouts. the only thing - not all styles and colours were in stock. the quality is top-notch, and the customer service was excellent. fast shipping and friendly support. definitely worth it!

I’ve always been a big fan of WIT and I ordered a pair of leggings and they were great all round! There was a small issue with my order but customer care was incredible and sorted it out quickly. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Had incredibly fast delivery with clear communication. Love the materials and quality of the products I received. Also love I can get my trainers and kit in one place.

I bought 3 items from their Axon range and I now literally do every training session in them, going to have to get some more!!

I was skeptical about ordering given the reviews I'd read from over a year or so ago, but I couldn't fault my experience - I was unsure on sizing and customer service were quick to reply with help. Ordered and delivered after 2 days - will definitely be ordering again!
