First class company, Maria in customer services is very professional and responsive. The clothes are timeless British fashion; beautifully made and styled. The vibe is very much ‘borrowed from the boys’ but to fit women. I just wish they did the trousers in petite length for us shorties

I wasn’t too happy that the returns policy said i had to return something within 14 days of receiving but i get it’s a small business. However my request for an exchange was dealt with promptly and not with a virtual assistant ! others please note.

I had a terrible time with a refund when I returned two items from Canada. I contacted their customer service numerous times from when my refund (which took a full 14 days from the date they received in their warehouse to refund) was processed- they use Global e to ship internationally and I concerned that the refund amount was far lower that I expected. My total paid was $337.26, of which $10 was shipping which I knew I would not be refunded. However the remainder was duties and taxes, which I expected would also be refunded, as I have made many purchases from other retailers that use Global-e and have always been refunded those charges. When I asked (on May 29) I was told to contact Global-e, which I did. I asked Global e to either refund me or to provide me the information I needed to apply to my government to be refunded since the items were returned. No response to multiple contacts I made with Global-e, nor did WNU appear to care that their shipping partner was not responding. I tried for over a month to get an answer from either of them- nothing. I feel pretty sure that the amounts charged to me for duties and taxes were just kept, since they would neither refund me nor provide me with the import documents so I could request a refund myself. So I am out that money and wonder how many others have run into the same thing?

WNU customer service had told me on June 11 that if I did not get a response from Global-e within the month, to let them know. I did so on June 30 and have received no response at all.

In addition, my review (which was negative) was never published on their site, so they definitely only publish positive reviews. If you are an international customer for them I would strongly recommend you do not buy unless you know for certain you will not need to return. So, so disappointing as I had really hoped my first order with them was going to be the first of many.

The shorts I ordered were nice, but nothing out of the ordinary. The price was high for what they were.

I wanted to return the shirt, but I was 2 days out of my 14 day window and they wouldn’t make an exception. Instead only offering a credit note. I’m pretty sure this is against distant selling regulations, but either way - it left a sour taste and I won’t be buying anything from this shop again.

WNU is a great clothing brand. The quality is excellent, the cuts super flattering and comfortable and the styles work brilliantly for both home and office. Maria in customer service is so helpful too.

One of my favourite shops. Have built up quite a collection of shirts now in linen, tencel and silk. Affordable luxury! I love the Elizabeth Street store, so helpful and Maria from the WNU Customer Service Team, cannot do enough to help. I'm heading off to Devon for a few days and can't wait to pop in to the new shop in Salcombe!

Had a wonderful experience in your Elizabeth Street store. Emily and Jordan were so helpful. As a man buying the product, I felt nervous at first but they made me feel so comfortable and the clothes look great on a guy too.

UPDATE: Note that WNU subsequently reached out and offered to replace the shirt, which I very much appreciated.

I have a shirt from WNU which I love from a few years ago but unfortunately the quality appears to have deteriorated. I just ordered some new shirts and the button on one came loose and fell off on the first day of wearing it. When I contacted WNU about this, they told me the location of the spare button near the care label but did not seem overly concerned with the quality issue other than saying they would notify their production team. Given the price point I would expect the shirts to be appropriately inspected for quality.

This is the first shirt I have bought from WNU having been recommended by a friend. The material on the Oversized Oxford is so soft and I’m thrilled with it. I originally ordered a size L and had to downsize to a M. The help I received from Maria was second to none and I will certainly be ordering again.

I have purchased a number of items from WNU and absolutely love them all. I shall continue to add their fabulous clothes to my wardrobe. In addition, customer service from Maria and the rest of the team was brilliant. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Maria has provided excellent customer service. Polite, friendly and helpful. Sadly the boyfriend style I decided to purchase is out of stock in the fabric I chose in my size but I have the facts I need for when the new stock arrives.

If I could give a higher score than 5 I would, not only is the quality and craftsmanship of WNU’s clothes incredible, they truly are pieces that will last a lifetime, but also their customer service is some of the best I’ve received. After having shopped both online and in their London store I needed to make a return for a larger size, Maria went above and beyond helping me return my shirt and keeping me informed throughout the process ensuring that the new size reached me in plenty of time for my holiday!
