Amazing customer service and attention from Maria arranging a return of items from an area with a challenging postal service.

Great product and customer service

First purchase with this company, after seeing a review in the Sunday Mail Magazine. I ordered a Boyfriend style, it arrived perfectly wrapped in tissue in a lovely box. After wearing it, I received quite a few compliments! Lovely material, I will purchase from them again soon

I came into the store with an idea of what I was looking for and Bruna was completely brilliant at assisting me with options and ideas to try on/ consider. She gave me exactly the right amount of space, time and attention. I just wish I could have bought the whole shop! Thank you, I can’t wait to wear my shirt over and over.

I had a bit of trouble with my delivery, availability of something i ordered and then returns - but SOOOO easy to sort out over email. Maria was a dream and helped me even work out what size i can get from a photo! Over and above.

I ordered the beautiful Sloane dress online, had to exchange it for a size bigger (now it fits perfectly!) and return the original dress - from the Netherlands, which was a bit of a struggle with my local courier. Fortunately, I contacted the WNU customer service and had the loveliest help from Maria - quick responses, super cooperative. Thank you WNU, not only for your beautiful clothes but also for your amazing service!

I love these shirts. They fit beautifully, are styled well and are easy to care for. On top of that, WNU's customer service is excellent. On a recent trip to London, I visited the Belgravia shop, where Jane, who helped me select new shirts, was terrific. Hoping the brand opens a shop in the U.S.!

Hannah was exceptional! (And her colleague as well). The friendliest, most patient and competent environment one could hope for. I will definitely be back time and time again, it’s my new go to shop for shirts!! Clean and well stocked branch, lots of mirrors and natural light, and the fabrics are amazing!!

I left a negative review as the quality of the item I received was dreadful - the shorts were completely see-through. It was never published - I thought I’d gone mad so wrote a similar review, which also never saw the light of day…
The shorts are really expensive so I was really disappointed. I’d expected much better quality for their steep prices.
Very untrustworthy practice to have a review section, then not let customers air any problems or quality comments.
I can see that I’m not alone in this experience.
