As soon as we arrived at the office we were made to feel very much at home. Our insurance plan was quickly and efficiently reviewed. I was amazed at how knowledgeable our reviewers were about all insurance plans. Everything was explained so well that it made our decisions easy. All in all we had a very pleasant experience, confident that our new plan was the right one for us.

I met with Andrew and Lindsey about my Medicare Coverage.
They educated me about the Medicare Programs available to me. Clearly, I have been uninformed before our meeting.

The time I spent with Andrew was excellent. He was very friendly and answered all my questions such as , do I need to sign up if I’m still working and have my own insurance, and will I be penalized if I wait to sign up. It’s great to meet someone that is so passionate in his work to help others. Andrew was very informative on upcoming changes to our existing plan that it made our decision easier. He also advised us to contact him with any unexpected surgeries in case an adjustment to our plan is needed. Still cannot believe it’s a free service .
