I booked this tour quite last minute, and finding a way to visit Theth in the Albanian Alps was extremely difficult because almost everything was fully booked. However, the team went above and beyond to make it happen and helped me arrange a two-day tour when everything else seemed to be sold out.
Their communication and support throughout the process were absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly helpful and tireless in keeping in touch with me via WhatsApp, always checking if I needed anything and making sure everything was sorted. Unlike other tour companies I contacted, who either never replied or showed little interest in helping, they were the only ones who genuinely took the time to understand my situation and find a solution.
The tour itself was fantastic, and I was extremely happy with the whole experience. What impressed me the most, though, was their attention to detail and, above all, how much they cared about making sure I could visit the Albanian Alps — which was basically the highlight of my holiday.
