Customer service
I recently reached out to resolve an issue with converting my experience to credit due to availability constraints. The initial interactions with the support team were unfortunately underwhelming, but everything changed when Joyce Ann stepped in.
She went above and beyond by personally calling me at 8:30 PM, well outside of business hours, after sensing my frustration. That alone speaks volumes about her dedication. More importantly, she took the time to genuinely understand my situation and came back with a solution that actually worked for me.
Joyce Ann is a standout example of what great customer service looks like. The rest of the team could learn a great deal from her approach. She deserves serious recognition and a promotion.

Booking process and service
Once I verified the voucher, the WhatsApp exchange was set up and the customer service team verified the booking as per my request very quickly.
Diana, who was dealing with my request, was very helpful, prompt in her responses and efficient, verifying and confirming my booking in under 2 hours.
