⭐ Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever subscribed to.
The whole point of a voucher like this is to make your life easier, but with Wondergifts, it’s actually the complete opposite.
I have been trying to use my voucher and make a booking for almost TWO FULL YEARS. Every time I contact them, they take forever to reply, and when they finally do, there’s always a new excuse: “You should have contacted us earlier,” “It’s not available,” “We don’t have it,” or some other restriction.
And the funniest part? You only discover all these rules and limitations after you’ve already paid. 🙃
I honestly don’t understand what exactly we are paying AED 600 for. At this point, the voucher is basically AED 600 thrown in the bin.
After almost two years of trying, I’ve had enough. This is absolutely my last time dealing with them.
If you’re thinking about subscribing, my advice is simple: DON’T. Save your money, your time, and especially your patience.

My experience was honestly extremely frustrating.
The confirmation process for my booking, which was made on Monday, was handled entirely through WhatsApp. Unfortunately, throughout the entire week, none of the agents who assisted me were able to successfully complete and confirm my reservation with the hotel.
Every day, I had to follow up, explain the situation again, and provide the same information repeatedly, without receiving a clear solution or final confirmation. This experience eventually led me to consider not redeeming my gift and requesting a refund, even though I had paid specifically because I was looking forward to having a unique and enjoyable experience.
After all the stress and frustration throughout the week, I would especially like to recognize Daisy, who assisted me on Friday. She was the only person who genuinely took ownership of the situation and made a real effort to resolve the issue that others had been unable to solve. I truly appreciate her dedication and the excellent job she did.
However, I believe it is important to point out that a customer should not have to continuously follow up in order to get a booking confirmed. Once the process has been initiated, it should be the company’s responsibility to follow up with the hotel and ensure that the reservation is properly confirmed, while keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
I sincerely hope this feedback will be taken into consideration, as the purpose of this type of experience should be to provide customers with peace of mind and enjoyment, rather than stress and uncertainty throughout an entire week.
Once again, I would like to thank Daisy for taking ownership of my case and finally finding a solution. Her effort and professionalism were truly appreciated.

I was a loyal customer and purchased many times from them. I had a voucher as a gift, due to the war was not able to use it since I was out of country. They didn’t accept to extend the expiry using the excuse of the system. Bad customer service… requested to speak to a manager. They didn’t provide any support l. Not recommended.

I booked my skydive several days ago…
I booked my skydive several days ago and was informed that I would receive my booking confirmation within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received any confirmation.
I followed up today, and instead of receiving my confirmation, I was asked to provide a new preferred time slot. This is disappointing, as I expected my original booking to be processed within the promised timeframe.
