Wood2U has been selling wood & laminate flooring on the internet since 2003. We have access to over £10m worth of stock all for delivery within 2-3 working days.

ABOUT US

Wood2u was formed to provide top quality wood and laminate floors at prices usually only available to the trade. Formed using the expertise of a long established flooring business who have over 50 years experience supplying and fitting floors to the Trade, Builders, Architects, and Domestic end users across Europe. We recognised a requirement for the supply of materials together with access to expert knowledge for people who wish to undertake the fitting themselves in order to obtain the cost benefits.

FREE DELIVERY*

We offer free delivery on all orders over £500. Standard delivery on our floors are £49.99. We deliver to everywhere in the UK, however additional charges may occur depending on your location. (Please see our website)

Once you have selected the items you require and you have added them into your basket, you will then need to enter your details in order to select your delivery date. The lead time on each item is listed for you, it displays the soonest available date and if required you can select this date or any date in the future. Your order will be processed, packed and stored for delivery on the date that you choose. If your order is scheduled for delivery on the soonest option please notify us at least 24hrs before delivery if your circumstances change and you need to amend the date. For orders that are booked further in advance please contact us at least 72 hours before the date that you have picked as orders that are placed in advance, may be dispatched 48Hrs prior to delivery.

FREE SAMPLES
We offer a FREE sample service to make it easier for our customers to see the colour and texture of our floors.

We aim to send you the exact sample you order, however under certain circumstances we may have to send you a different thickness to what you have ordered but the exact same colour, as our sample service is designed so you can see the colour of the floor. If you need to see a certain thickness to compare the sample that you have ordered to a floor you already have then please let us know and we can arrange that for you. We only do this so you receive the correct colour in the quickest time so you can order your flooring.

Impeccable service and product

Incredibly happy with the service and flooring I received from from Wood2u, everything from helping me pick out the right colour to a quick turnaround on delivery. From start to finish the whole process and service was amazing! Thank you

Would recommend this company

Very easy to order on this website. I was able to pick my delivery day and it arrived as stated. I did phone the company up on the morning of delivery to check it would arrive, as my invoice stated estimated delivery date. There was no phone call from the driver beforehand to say he was on his way. The order was very well packed on a pallet and the driver placed it close to the house for me.

The product and price was fantastic
The communication from wood2u was poor
I phoned several times to confirm when my delivery was due
It came a day later than stated
Even on the day it arrived wood2u couldn't confirm a time, I was waiting for them to call me back When the delivery driver called me to say he was outside the property where it was to dropped off, so he had to wait for me to travel there,I had waited there the previous day
Which is inconvenient for everyone
Some email updates and delivery confirmation is required
