Box of tiles arrived all broken although box wasn't damaged, so they must have been packed that way. Sent an email requesting a refund for the damaged item, but still waiting for a response after almost a week - not impressed!

Quick turnaround of request for samples but quality of flooring not as expected for me anyway

Good quality flooring , great to have a sample to see what it would look like. Most important the samples were free.

Excellent service and product

I orded some samples and the follow ups since have been great. I went down to the showroom to see some items in person and the two ladies were great and really helpful. Over the phone AVA & IDAH were really helpful and got me the right flooring for a good price.

My poor review relates to the delivery of my order, the first delivery arrived and the flooring was damaged on the edge that clips together so was no good, left the damaged goods on the lorry and notified the flooring customer service, had a general email reply saying would reply to me within 24 hours, 4 days later when got no reply I had to ring the customer service myself and request a replacement pack of flooring to be sent, and even that arrived slightly damaged so depending on what gets ordered it might arrive damaged free or not

Delivery was scheduled for over 2 weeks after the order for no reason, when I complained by email there was no reply. I complained by phone and received a 'i dont know what's happened' it'll be there wednesday. I complained again on the Thursday and got a helpful agent who offered a delivery refund AFTER noticing a note had been added saying my parcel was damaged and reordering it. The Tuesday after I received my parcel. Damaged and the contents broken.

My customer service experience with UK Flooring Direct has been very good. They have been very helpful and responsive and they been able to help me with my order.

Second order after a 5* first one. Good, value, quality and excellent packing. Delivered by the same person who again was top notch. Dropped one * because of the lack of response to my query about delivery. Chat was good but couldn't tell me. Mail to customer services wasn't answered. Mail to Idah (5*) who was excellent organising my order didn't draw a response (assuming it arrived ok).
Overall, still really pleased and will use again.

Good quality laminate flooring, looks great in the room. I have ordered it before for one room, and it was great to see that matching flooring is still available to complete the project started few years ago. Prompt delivery too.
