Excellent product and customer service,

Needed replacement Laminate Flooring following a Flood and they knew immediately the style and colour I wanted, had it in stock and was able to take away within 30 minutes. Staff very friendly in Offices and Warehouse.

Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered the floor and a week after the promised delivery date it still hadn’t arrived. I had to chase this company multiple times for an update (they didn’t get in touch once to keep us updated). The floor failed to arrive on Both of the dates that the floor was promised to arrive on . the manager is extremely rude, unorganised and apathetic. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. AVOID!

Very upset with the lack of customer service from Woods2u in Rugby.

Having purchased LVT for a kitchen floor and recommended adhesive from Woods2u, the flooring did not adhere to the base floor, even after 24hrs the adhesive was still soft.

As this was a kitchen floor, it was impossible to use and had to resort to laying a new laminate floor over the top at additional cost.

Granted Woods2u refunded the 2 unopened boxes, I was assured that if I sent in the photos, Mike would get back to us. I did so straight away with an explanation of what happened.

Well Mike, I'm still waiting for a response.

Even if Woods2u can't do anything about the cost I incurred for what rendered to be a failed project, a response would have been better than completely ignoring us.

Needed some laminate in 3 days since a different supplied that I initially placed the order with bailed on me. Rebecca and her colleagues managed to get my order to me on time and helped me with all my questions. Impeccable service!!!

Ordered samples on 13 April.
Telephoned on 26 April to check on samples. Telephone person was helpful and said the samples would be sent that day with personal oversight. I was told that it is very strange that these had not gone out. If I had not telephoned I would still not have received the samples.
I asked the samples be redirected to a different address, but they arrived 4 days later at the my original address.
If the company is this poor at sending samples as well as not executing an agreed request I don’t know what would happen to flooring especially when I would be booking a contractor.

Great flooring! So happy with it and looks amazing.
