Customer service is awesome! I made a mistake with my ship to address, and I emailed customer support and they made the change and then followed up to let me know they made the change. They were very prompt to respond. Oh, and the set we ordered is so nice!!!

Great product! Grandchildren love it!

Our experience with the WoodAndHearts Swedish Set:
1. We forgot to apply the discount code during the order, but the customer service immediately replied to our request and applied it afterwards, so we got some money back.
2. The price for the Swedish Set nearly doubled since we bought it, which was in the third quarter of 2025. So one could indeed argue that it is a bit expensive.
3. Mounting everything to our wall took us nearly 2 days and 2 persons, since the product requires a bit more than 100 dowels & screws. Each panel is fixed with 4 dowels/screws (and there are 24 of them). The climbing structures require about 4x4 dowel/screws each, which are mounted through the panels, so better do it right with your first try.
4. With everything mounted - it looks really good and our kid(s) have a lot of fun with it. They use it nearly every day.
5. The quality is very high, it feels very stable and the wood feels good.

Would we buy it again?
In principle yes, but the price...

Absolutely fantastic quality. Smells of wood, designed well, sturdy and we will keep purchasing the products. Yes, the delivery takes long if ordered from Ukraine and was not in stock in the US but it is worth it.

Excellent quality and very sturdy. The swedish ladder looks beautiful in our playroom, was straightforward to assemble, and keeps the kids active every day. We’re very happy with our purchase!

Wonderful product and amazing customer service. Staff was very responsive and when one piece was broken, they mailed me a some spare just in case. Later when I wanted a few more pallets to add to the climb wall, they even made a custom order just for me that I wasn't able to follow up on for a few months, but when I was ready, they picked up like no time had passed. My kid loves it and plays on it every day.

The customer servis is amazing and the product is a work of love. We got a wooden kitchen helper stool/table and its made with high quality wood, it’s light but sturdy, looks beautiful and is done so well!

Bought a baby play gym and later lost a part in a move and had to reach out for a replacement; they were helpful and responsive both times and the product is of excellent, heirloom quality. Highly recommend!!

This company is awesome and they truly stand behind their product! I have never had a company reach out to me first to let me know that there is a warranty to cover any defective part. Our Swedish ladder climbing set it perfect now, and my daughter uses it every single day (not an exaggeration!). We are so happy with our purchase!

I purchased the climbing wall set, and while the Swedish ladder itself is wonderful, the pull up bar came with a sizable nick in the wood. I have to remind my child not to grab near it because I think it’s possible to hurt her hand there since the wood is not smooth.

The website is easy to navigate and delivery is quick.
We love the climbing wall and monkey gym for our grandkids. Very sturdy and easy to put together. It's space saving and our grandkids love it! Customer service is fantastic. We had one delivery go to the wrong address and they immediately shipped another piece. We are very satisfied customers!!

Fairly easily install. Needed to buy longer screws because of the older setup of my house. Daughter uses the rock climbing wall to monkey bars like a spider monkey!

Love the product! Solid, well designed, quality materials. The four stars is because (not realizing the product was coming from Ukraine when i made the purchase) it took over a month to arrive, and thus did not make it in time for Christmas (tear). Being toddlers, my kids didn't really notice though, and are already loving it

To start, they lied about their shipping date. I ordered my stuff November 20th giving it more than a month to get there by Christmas. On December 2nd it still hadn’t shipped out so I emailed. They immediately created a label and said it shipped out that day. A couple days later it still said that the label had been created but not shipped out. I followed up and was told that it definitely shipped out that day and tracking just needs a bit of time to update. Lo and behold, 6 days later it finally actually shipped out. 2 1/2 weeks after ordering. Inevitably I then experienced shipping issues, which are not their fault, but given that there was little time left to allow for shipping issues, the packages did not arrive by Christmas. One of the packages got separated from the others in Poland and therefore had an issue with US customs because it had been separated from its item manifest. FedEx held this box for weeks. When they reached out to the company to get an updated manifest, the company told them no. That there was no way to say which items were in the box so they weren’t going to update customs. Thankfully, fedex finally reached out to me and I had to be the one to fill out a form and send it in. If I hadn’t done that, the box would have been sent back to the company. Along the way I reached out to customer service and got a lot of jolly “Don’t worry! Everything’s been handled!” Messages and none of it was true. They lied about shipment date, and they lied about customs issues being handled. The items themselves were good quality, other than the paint not matching on one of the panels, but that’s a small issue. Customer service is responsive but they’re telling you what you want to hear. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

We purchased the wooden climbing bars for my kids for Christmas and they love it! It is high quality and sturdy! Would highly recommend for super active kids.

Shipping. You have to dig to find the information, and even that undersells it. I'm guessing we will get it eventually, but after about a month it has made it from Ukraine to Poland. Definitely not going to make it for Christmas at this point. Might not make it before winter is over. But wait, they do have a policy that there is NOTHING you can do while it is in shipping. So a lot of money for presents tied up in something that isn't coming anytime soon and I can't do anything about it. Buy somewhere else.

This product has been amazing my kids play with it every day. The quality is top notch and will last for years to come.

MISLEADING PRICING
I wanted to order the Swedish Wall two part with 4 rope accessories. It is listed as $389.99 on the website with $20 off. So $369.99. It has been advertised at that price for awhile.
I saw multiple FB ads with a BLACKFRIDAY code giving 15% off ALL products. GREAT!
So 15% OFF $389.99 would be $58.49 off. (I was not at all thinking/expecting it was 15% off the sale price. )
Well the code didn't work.
I reached out to customer service. They are NOT willing to honor 15% off as stated. They said it is already discounted. They admitted that their marketing department made a mistake yet they are not willing to honor the pricing.
$20 of $289.99 is 5%. NOT 15%.
They offered me an additional 5%.
All I was asking for was the advertised 15% and they were not willing to honor that.
Sure mistakes are made. And when they are you should make them right and honor it.
I just ordered from another company that had a cyber monday sale. I ended up getting a bigger wall with more options and climbing wall and spent $599. More than the original piece I was looking at from Wood and Hearts BUT they were honest in their pricing and I didn't have any problem getting their advertised sale price in my cart.
BE CAREFUL when you order.
I am personally not a fan of false advertising and misleading pricing.
