I was fortunate enough to receive a free sample of zero waste medals. I think they are so cute! I love that they are sustainable. I personally like things made out of wood. The samples were great. Obviously there would be certain limitations on what you can have but they're still great! Fast delivery. Good communication. Highly recommend

I’m really pleased with the medals, they look brilliant and are very different to your usual metal ones. Even the clasp that holds the ribbon is wooden! The company is very attentive and really wants the best possible outcome for you. Also the price is amazing, mine ended up at £1.44 each and on top I got 20% off as a new customer :-)

Way too many emails - at least 4 within 2 days from 2 different people before I had even got the samples -- so far I have not actually purchased anything but the samples they sent me took ages to get here and one was broken which I cut my finger on getting it out of the packaging (it was ceramic) - they are quite expensive for the type of product and I have yet to decide if I am ordering yet they insist on sending me more emails to say thank you for your order! I am assuming it is counting the samples

Not so much as going wrong but the samples you sent I wouldn't consider for our basketball events. Not just my opinion as I asked around. There are certain expectations of rewards and trophies in basketball and unfortunately the wooden samples don't meet the bill.
