I want to bring to your attention that I am having a serious issue with the wooden street product I purchased 4 months, the issue is right from the first day, I ordered a particular product and they sent a different one, I asked them to change after multiple conversations they agreed to change the fame of the bed, now that they have changed the frame there is an issue where the matters get stuck when we lift the storage space and we literally need 3 people to bring it back down, one each on either side of the bed to pull it and once person to close the storage.

I have been escalating this issue and no one seems to help me in spite the product being new and recommending alterations to the new product. The last solution their person provided is the name Akshay Tripathi who claims he is in charge of Bangalore and says that he will put back the old frame and that means we are back to square one.

He does not even understand the problem or listen to the customer, I have had a lot of your brand names this is the first time I have purchased something from you and having a horrible time. I asked him to provide me with the management contact to who I can talk but he refused and said this is the solution take it or leave it, wow amazing service.

I recently purchased a sofa set from woodenstreet, and I am quite happy and satisfied with what I got. The color and fabric are really very beautiful. Also, I must add that they have professional and supportive staff. I went to their Bangalore store, and it was amazingly set up. They have designer and beautiful furniture pieces. I must recommend shopping once or getting an experience from their stores. They are in major cities of India; please check if they have them in your city.

They've put up a picture of a painting that covers a space as large as a dining table for 4. What they delivered is 1/4th in size of what was shown on the website(a product by brand named Bimba). Upon calling wooden street cust care, they kept on transferring the call to different departments to avoid the confrontation. One agent said the big picture is for just digital representation you should've checked the dimensions in description. When I said my bad I didn't check the dimensions but why would you put up a picture of a product(the reason why I got the painting in the first place) that is not at all the size of the real product, the agent cut me off. I'm talking about the golden tree pichwai painting here.Ans now they refuse to accept the return

Worst Company, They are cheats. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. THEY WILL NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT AND NOT RETURN THE MONEY. EVERYONE SHOULD FILE A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY.

After ordering - they say its going to arrive 'this week'.. 3 months later still no sofa.

Worse yet - they wouldnt return your money.

01. Different quality product display at Wooden Street Showroom and different(Very Poor) quality product deliver to me.

02.  No firm commitment for delivery date. Keep waiting till you can  wait, after that they will take 3 - 4 weeks.

03. If you speak to customer care person at different time and day, you will surely get different answer.

04. No Customer services, not at all interested in satisfying customer.

05. You keep worry about delivery and products, Wooden Street person are rest assure, because customer has paid in advance

06. You will never get senior person cell no. / email address to escalate your problem and present to Director or so.

07.  I feel sorry for selecting Wooden Street.

pathetic service, no proper response, furniture not yet delivered even after 45 days

Very bad and pathetic company. Only defective and missing furniture parts provided and they have no assembly. Those crazy people think we will assemble it ourself. Do not use woodenstreet, stay away from them.

Very very bad experience with Woodenstreet. They are looting customers. Quality of ply that they provide with beds are extremely pathetic. Their carpenters are the worst baring few who you will get if you are lucky. Never ever buy from them.

First of all, there is no tracking...
Customer support gives only scripted messages no solutions are provided
If we call the support guys, their first question how did you get the number, rather than trying to understand the problem
Finally the carpenter is very unprofessional and came inside the house with gutka on

Product is good but the services are awfully bad Firstly the table was unassembled when delivered and even had some of the pieces were chipped and when we informed them about it they asked us to send a unboxing video as if that was something expectable out of a shop like this that they would be sending us such pieces Even though the app said it is DIY we were not told even at the shopthe carpenter charged extra for assembling Furthermore the carpenter had to drill holes in few components and use extra fittings which the carpenter used from his own knowledge as the woodden slabs given were not fit for DIY and didnt have proper markings for the handles and sliders of the drawers even the carpenter agreed that the this COULD NOT BE DONE BY US and required skills and drill machine which isnt common at homes YOU SHOULD INFORM THE CUSTOMERS THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED UNASSEMBLED AND ITS THEIR HEADACHE TO ASSEMBLE IT

I ordered decorative plates. 7 total for over 5000 Rs. They forwarded my order to some company called quirky india which makes the worst quality of products. The print on the plates was poor thick pixels, incoherent, non-symmetric. Half the designs sent to me were wrong and not what i ordered. The entire order was just complete garbage. Nothing looked half as good as the images on their website. Just completely got duped by them. Its been over 2 weeks and my complaint has not been resolved. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Just another garbage Indian scammer out there to loot people.

Fraud company ordered one shoes rack and almost 20-25 days and no idea what's going on and when they delivered. They didn't mentioned that they will deliver product after 6 months. If they dont have products to deliver better shut down.

Floor lamp was delivered with detached shade frame and screws for assembling tripod which were of small size. Umpteen followup later , there is no positive response. Avoid these guys

I ordered a kitchen cabinet and actually forgot that I ordered as it was more than 60 days . And we need to beg them to assign a fitter to assemble that. Worthless people running worthless business without value or customer satisfaction. and the customer care executives are trained to screw your happiness with repetitive chatbot answers. Never and will ever look at this horrible Business called wooden street.

They have the worst customer service experience when it comes to buying furniture. Bought a Kingston Coffee table. The delivery person tells you not to open the packaging as a carpenter will be sent, then after few days I call them because no one turns up and they say I have to install the centre table myself. Now if its DIY, there should be some assembly instructions and proper labelling of the components. Both are pretty much non existent. I WONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT YOUR SANITY. There are better furniture dealers you can go to, AVOID THEM.

We have visited Whitefield and HSR store 2 weeks back and decided to buy "Wallace Computer Table With Drawers". we have placed an order online and received damaged and defective item. They have initiated the return and exchange process but exchanging of the damaged product doesn't mean they will repair the same damaged product and send it again saying its a new product. There are still issues with table delivered to me. The latch is not getting locked properly and there are deep dents in the top part of the table. Also the repair that you people have done is clearly visible. The crack is still visible on the surface. Didn't expect this kind of service from a renowned brand like that of yours. How can these guys be so ignorant about their reputation in market and the satisfaction of their valued customers.

Chronology of Events given below
1. Order placed for Ottoman for March 6th. Paid 5440 Rs with online banking
2. No Order number generated.
3. Customer service will ask you to call a number which is never answered
4. Only email communications indicating below
