Avoid like the plague, didn't really want to give one star but zero stars is not an option! We Purchased lovely looking flooring from this company. We picked it up at the warehouse and stored as advised until we were ready to lay. When we came to lay it the boards were all warped making it impossible to lay, we opened 3 packs which were all the same, we didn't want to continue opening packs so decided to get in touch with the company. When we contacted them we were directed to the 'Technical Director' Darren Burns, who initially denied the flooring was bowed and insisted on sending us YouTube links which were for different types of flooring, then he advised you could lay warped boards and sent another link which did not actually show warped flooring being laid. He did eventually concede the boards were warped but had the audacity to say this was because the boards were stored in a damp environment - yes at the warehouse maybe but my home is not damp and is centrally heated throughout. We actually really liked the floor we picked and seriously did not want to have to return it but lets face it something the shape of a banana is never going to lay flat! As with a previous complainant - It is the attitude of the person dealing with the complaint along with the quality of the flooring is why I would avoid this place at all costs. He refused to accept there was any possibility of a fault in fact blamed myself for not fitting correctly and even insisted I send a video - I actually got an experienced joiner to come and have a look and videoed him trying to fit it. Darren then suggested I was not using the right tools - unbelievable! Darren's dismissive and condescending attitude was frustrating to say the least and he looked for every excuse under the sun to lay blame firmly at our door. The best he could do was to direct me to a variety of unhelpful videos.

In response to your claims you were not genuine in your concern and it was clear no matter what I said you were not ACTIVELY listening, yes i swore one for which I apologised, the frustration in talking to you became too much. For clarity, the flooring was picked up on 21st of September from an open warehouse, I attempted to lay this on 6th November this does not equate to 3 months. The flooring was stored in a different room from where work had been carried out - obviously flooring had to be moved into the room to be laid - the 'wet trades' had been completed for a week before I started trying to lay this product. As you state 'it is an undeniable fact that laminate floor can not possibly become warped when stored in the correct conditions' It was stored correctly in my centrally heated, dry house - I picked this product up from the warehouse and saw the conditions it was being stored in, which is why I am confident that the fault lies firmly with you. I have no desire to engage with you any further on this matter and will now take a different course of action in order to pursue things

The service at the Belfast store was excellent very friendly staff, and nothing was a bother. I went back to both return and add items and it was very straightforward

Great price for floor underlay and beading, we overestimated how much needed and we got a full refund for the things unopened or unused. More than happy with the service and love my new floor.

Ordered my flooring a week ago, got the invoice for it yesterday after I chased for it, I waited in for my delivery that didn’t turn up, they now tell me I can’t have a refund because my delivery was already dispatched, their policy is no fuss returns lol 😂 apparently this is not part of that. The customer service was unbelievable with some lazy guy on the phone telling me there are no staff available to deal with my issue.
Also I would be very aware that there are reviews on the website, however there are no options on the website to leave a review, so I would take a good guess that these are fake.
And to cancel any order because they have not delivered as agreed when a delivery date was accepted and paid for, you are then liable for all the return charges! 😂 what an absolute joke!

Also I had no idea that it had even been dispatched because I have not heard a peep from your company since I made the purchase, that’s not down to shortages of drivers, that’s down to your customer service. It would have been nice to at least get a heads up no? So basically I have to take another day off work to see if you’ll turn up, that’s a fantastic system.
Also Feefo is a paid review service, I have visited their website, I finally have proof of purchase now I finally got my invoice, please share the link where I can post my genuine review.
- please forward me that email again because I didn’t receive an email from you until I harassed for it, also my problem wasn’t with the delivery, it was your customer service,it’s appalling! Also where is my invitation to write my review on your website? Shocking….. I didn’t get it, why don’t you also send me this while your sending me the original order confirmation email, also my flooring arrived bashed and open, I can’t be bothered to even argue with you, I’m done and won’t ever be using your company again EVER!!!!

I ordered and paid for churchill herringbone flooring in April. Still waiting for it to arrive. I agreed to a June delivery date when placing the order. I have been fobbed off with being told it will be available in 2 weeks for the last 6 weeks. I have been assured that it will be delivered by the end of this week. Let's hope so. Would be very reluctant to purchase from this company in future.

Hi, I recently ordered milltown Oak herringbone lvt flooring from woodfloor warehouse. It arrived on time and was just as lovely as expected. However as we started opening the boxes to lay the floor we found that we had too much of one 'side' and not enough of the other. I got in touch with them and they could not have been more helpful. I deal with Katherine and Megan who were both great and a couple of days later an extra stock of the other 'sides' arrived free of charge.

Great service, laminate flooring arrived within a week, and delivery man phoned me twice to make sure the delivery would be taken. Only bought for a TV unit project, for which it was perfect. Price was great as well

The finished floor is amazing. Prices are really low, and the quality and how to install is just great. We bought for our livingroom, and we are going to buy for the rest of the flat too. I drill some holes for pipes in one of the boards, and the surface is incredibly resistant.

Egger Aqua+ White Creston Laminate. Very disappointed in this product, by far the WORST click system I have used.Contacted supplier and of course the fitter was blamed not the product. if its a simple click together system why does it not simply click together? why do the long edges not pull tight? why do the long edges not stay locked? Quality German product, my eye, hope it burns better than it fits.Thank goodness I was only doing a cloakroom floor.

Bought several packs of laminate flooring for our bathroom from WFW for our bathroom after they had speedily sent out a sample to us.
One of the boxes had unfortunately been damaged in transit (no fault of WFW) but their customer service was fantastic and very responsive. Everything was resolved promptly and I'd have no hesitation in using them again as I found them to be good value for money and very helpful with our delivery issue.

Just wanted to review wood floor warehouse at Warrington. My floorer Mark Earnshaw from ME Flooring was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, he was able to fit us in at short notice and work with us when we needed to have extra prep work done. He is a first class fitter and we could recommend him enough. So thanks to everyone, I now have a great looking floor and couldn’t be happier 🤗🤗🤗
