Gaps in panels - Never resolved the issue despite numerouse emails
Bought these panels - but when fitted the gaps at the joins were not the same as normal gap widths so was very visible. When i got in touch they eventually offered to replace if i removed them - despite numerous email after that i never heard back.

Thank you for reaching out. We've had multiple discussions with you to address the issue you encountered. Although you reached out to us two months after your panel purchase and the images suggested an incorrect installation, well beyond the 28-day return policy, we still committed to sending replacements to resolve the situation.
Easy to install and looks great!
This company go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. I sent a query via fb at 10pm and had an immediate helpful reply. I purchased the Oak with black felt panelling and it arrived super quickly and looks and feels very high quality. The owner was super helpful and offered support from purchase through to installation. My one gripe is that I wish the felt was shorter on the end side so that the panels could tesselate better but this could be resolved by trimming the excess with sharp scissors. Very pleased with purchase.

Great product customer service
I was very pleased with my panelling and great quality. However, it was stuck in a depot for over a week which was frustrating but on speaking to the supplier they were also disappointed I hadn’t yet received it and was willing to go and pick it up from the depot for me which I thought was fantastic. Anyhow, after speaking with the courier service they delivered it the next day. Apart from the courier service I am very impressed with my purchase and the company. Will definitely order from here again.

I ordered smoked oak colour but the first wood panel didn’t have the oak wood colour. It was much lighter. I thought at that price someone would have quality checked it. Disappointed.

The product ordered looked completely…
The product ordered looked completely different from that displayed on screen at the point of sale.
I appreciate they can send out samples however there should not be any real difference looking at Rustic Oak when you receive what can only be described as Pine....
I brought this up with the company and was told I would need to send back the panels at my own expense for a refund despite asking for a collection when I had placed a second order for a shade darker of panels.
Won't be ordering or using for future customer or DIY projects.

We would always advise ordering a sample before placing an order so that you feel confident with your choice. Our veneers are made from real wood so natural colour variations may occur. We accept returns if you change your mind but, as stated in our terms and conditions, we do not cover the cost of return shipping if you have decided you do not like the product.
We are more than happy to send out a new shade to you but we will need the original product returned to us first. Please contact us so we can discuss this further.
