Overall good product
Overall, I’m happy with the product. My only complaint is the packaging. Several pieces arrived damaged. The company did replace the first two I reported, and their customer service was excellent, but later I noticed a few more damaged pieces. For the price, I think the packaging should be more secure. These items are quite heavy, and I understand that not every delivery crew is able to handle the boxes carefully. It really takes two people to move them safely. Better packaging would help prevent damage during shipping.

It’s really Good products actually .
but Ive noticed some sheet have a bit different color like half is dark oak, then half is lighter , what I mean is when you put it in the wall you can easily spot the lighter part of it .
I ordered like 6 pcs , two of them are like that .
I just noticed it after I finished gluing it , so no chance to take it out .

The cladding was "as described " and the product quality was exceptional! Additionally, customer service, crating for shipping and delivery were outstanding. The product was easy to install and I would recommend the product over numerous alternate suppliers

No packing/ installation instructions smoked larch panels
I ordered two 24-inch Smoked Larch panels, but when they arrived, the shipment contained four separate pieces—two larger panels and two smaller panels. It wasn’t clear from the packaging or product information that each 24-inch section was intended to be assembled from one large and one small panel.
Because there were no clear installation instructions or labeling from the manufacturer, my installer reasonably assumed the panels were complete pieces and installed them incorrectly. As a result, I had to purchase an additional panel just to correct the installation.
I’m disappointed with the overall experience. The product itself is beautiful, but the lack of clear packaging, labeling, and installation instructions created an unnecessary and costly problem. Better communication from the manufacturer would have prevented this issue.

We do send our panels divided into two pieces for US deliveries in order to make the shipping process easier and safer. However, you should of course be clearly informed about this when purchasing a product from our website — and in this case, it is evident that we have not communicated this well enough.
So thank you so much for taking the time to share this experience, because it means we can improve and be even more clear on our website that the panels are shipped as two separate pieces that are assembled together during mounting.
It is always just about communication. Had you been given that information upfront, your installer would have known exactly what to expect, and you would not have had to purchase an additional panel to correct the installation.
We are truly sorry for the frustration this caused you. The product is beautiful — and we want your experience with WoodUpp to match that. We will make sure to address this for future US customers. 😊

Excellent product, service needs work
The product is excellent. I did three walls with wood slats and love the result.
The delivery experience was a different story. FedEx missed four consecutive delivery commitments over five days. I had contractors on-site and ready to install — they couldn't start because the packages hadn't arrived.
When I contacted Woodupp, they told me there was nothing they could do. I disagree. You choose your shipping partner. That choice is part of the customer experience — and in my case, it was poor.
Great product. Support needs work.

You had contractors on-site, a clear timeline, and a project depending on that delivery. Four missed commitments in a row is a really frustrating situation — and when you reached out to us, you deserved more than a short reply. You are right that we choose our shipping partners, and that means we share responsibility for the experience you had.
We cannot always control what happens once a package is in the hands of a carrier, but we can do a much better job of standing by your side, following up actively, and working with you to find a solution as fast as possible. That is what we should have done here — and I am sorry we did not.

Great product—glad it’s finally in stock in the USA!
Other than not really having tracking information as a few others have complained about this company, the items did indeed show up in a timely fashion, and they LOOK AWESOME. Good quality and looks phenomenal (smoked larch). Woodupp has a few features with their add ons also which elevate their product more then other companies. I’ve bought from some of the other popular companies, and I like Woodupp’s accessories best.
