Went to zante for a month, accommodation was basic but clean. Our rep Mason was lovely he was always helpful made sure we was all okay.
Doesn’t guarantee u a job they will help and it’s easy to get one anyway but u will make so many friends through this company and have support

Workers family has made me want to completely change my career. I’ve been in ayia napa for the summer and it’s been amazing. The accommodations very safe and was clean when I came in, I spoke to reps whenever I had any issues and they were sorted instantly. Mitch, Amo, and Brogan were always on call if I ever needed anything. Mitch kept us all safe and when someone felt unsafe the reps were there instantly to help out. Mitch even moved into our block so he could be closer if we needed anything. I was offered a job on my first week here as a ticket seller and I have made lots of money out here and been able to explore the island and make loads of memories. Everyone I came out with has had a great time and I have made memories for life. I can’t wait to do the full season next year!

Rooms aren’t the best but the experience is met the most amazing group of people that are now friends for life ,,biggest shoutout to Mason best rep in Zante was there whenever you needed him to be ❤️🇬🇷,and thank you to corrie for getting everyone drunk 24/7😂 lotta love for you lot ❤️

the rooms where absolutely terrible i would never stay there again! but.. the group we was with, the memories we made are unforgettable. loved every minute with the people i was with! Mason the rep was a legend whilst he was out there and corrie tried his hardest but he needs to chill his corrie out! apart from the rooms being awful i loved every minute with the people i was with and wouldnt change it for the world 🌎 ❤️

Awful company, awful experience, awful accommodation, even worse communication from the staff!

Blame the reps for all their bad communication. Not giving back deposits to workers over 2 months after they’ve left. Only 1 person out of the Zante chat has recieved their deposit back but the other hundreds have not.

Room was a state when we got there. Not cleaned from previous workers.

You don’t get any workers discounts for going specifically with WF like they advertise, their wristband means absolutely nothing and your paying well over £300 extra than if you just contact some businesses out there for jobs and to use their own accom.

Was promised kitchenette’s in most rooms there was not one single one in any apartment, rooms where terrible
Left erly and was promised my deposit back after arguing with the owner off the company and said it would be next week it still hasn’t been sent and it’s been over 2 months

Having to change room every week for no reason

Had to pay our own transportation from airport Wich is meant to be in the price off it

These workshops they meant to put on was non existent

They just tell you where to ask for a job don’t give help with anything else at all

Absolutely the biggest waste off money I’ve seen ever

Accomodations weren’t great but Mason and Corrie made the experience more fun. Lack of support on the job aspect.

Hello my name is Ben Mctiernan I signed up with yous to work in Zante this year for June and July. Mistakenly thinking you guys were a great company. With Reps not answering their phones , giving us wristbands for 2x the price and making us pay an obscure amount of money for below average living conditions to say the least. On behalf of all the workers I would like to know when our deposit will be paid back considering it’s been 6+ weeks. I contacted my rep a week before I left I then contacted her a week after I left and was never given an answer or a response. Then contacted your WhatsApp page which is on your website which I haven’t heard back from either. I would like to be updated on this matter in the next couple of days and I assume that this issue will be resolved in the next one to two weeks. If people plan to go to Zante or anywhere like that don’t bother, do the research yourself and you’ll end up paying half of what you’ll pay for this company.

Came to Ayia Napa for the month was a great experience meet so many new people, friends for life. The reps Mitch and Amo were helpful and made sure we were all settled in our room. All the events were great fun.

I would highly recommend workers family to everyone, done a season this year with them in Ayia napa and made memories and friends to last a lifetime! Took us to all the events and made sure we had a good time, special shout to Mitch and Amo for all their help!

Highly recommend workers family holiday. I went out to Napa for 1 month, had the best time of my life. Met loads of new people and made friends for a life time. My reps were Amo and Mitch, they really helped me settle in and made sure we had the best summer out here. Love all events included with workers family, they took us to all events on the first week and even got free drinks included with some.
Defo get booking your working holiday with them.
I look forward to going back with them next year!

Don’t have many complains about the month away I did itself apart from the room not being cleaned from the previous workers before us.

However, we were promised our deposit refunds back after leaving Zante and it’s now been 6 weeks since we left and we’ve had nothing. We provided proof of how we left the room, gave the notice that was asked for to let them know we were going home and were promised the money would be bank transferred back to us. I’m not particularly bothered about £50 personally but it’s just the principle of it. I asked several members of admin if we would actually get them back as if we weren’t I’d rather just know than be lied to and every single time I’ve had the same response of “they’re being sorted” I understand there are probably lots of things to sort BUT it does not take 6 weeks to send some deposits back especially when we made sure to provide pictures of how we left our room and gave all of the information they asked for and said they needed. I’ve tried to speak to several people and get ignored every single time. Just shouldn’t lie and should have just said from the beginning we weren’t getting it back!

I loved every second of it and made so many memories and friends. Will defo come back next year!
