SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!
My daughter went away with the workers family for a experience of a lifetime she was sold the dream.
If your a parent and have children please don't send your children it is not safe.

While she was there we went over to visit her and I was shocked at what i saw.
The accommodation was inadequate
4 girls in one room no storage, no air-conditioning a broken toilet seat and broken door lock.
This place is not safe for young girls
We removed her straight away she wasn't give her money back because she didn't give the adequate notice.
This company is a scam start to finish.
The response to honest customer reviews is disrespectful and as a company they should be ashamed with themselves.
I honestly don't know how these people sleep at night .

All very welcoming and fun to be around made us all feel welcome and made us have very good times and made lots of memories mason was an amazing rep always out for a laugh

We went to ayia napa with workers family for a month best experience of my life! the reps are amazing especially mitch and brogan got us jobs as soon as we asked Amo is amazing aswell loved the whole thing definitely recommend!!!!!!

I went out to aiya Napa and Mitch got me and my friend the best job doing vip girl bottling and we loved it!

Mitch has been a brilliant rep this year for workers family. He has always been so helpful and is a credit to the company!

I’ve had the best time in Ayia Napa with workers family. Mitch signed me up a few months ago and all the reps have been so welcoming. Defo recommend xx

Amo and Mitch made our months experience in Napa enjoyable and fun , both gorgeous reps aswell and it’s hard not to fancy them all 🩷🩷🩷

I had the best time in Ayia Napa came out on my own met the best people and Mitch and amo looked after everyone out here defiantly come with them

I went out to Aiya Napa with workers family,I loved being a vip girls and I’ve made friends for life.The reps mitch and amo were really helpful.

TERRIBLE!!!!
I got put up in a 1 star hotel the place smelt so bad , I got in my room to find the shower did not work the pillows where yellow and dirty , the mattress had holes all over and was almost black it was that dirty , my fridge was full of bugs !!!!
I asked the reps for a cooker they did not get me one after saying they would !
The reps where useless they did not help me get a job or help with anything they was more interested in partying and bringing girls back complete shambles.
I left 10 days into my stay due to the reps not helping me find a job like they promised they would !
I also asked for my deposit back before I left and they did not give it to me the company is shocking sold me a dream but the reality of it was shocking I have a lot more I could say about this company. Useless I want my deposit back !!!!!

scam from start to finish.arrived in aiya Napa and they wouldn't let us into our rooms until we had paid cash deposits we was waiting 4 hours outside the office to get checked in!!!arrived into my room with no lock on the door, broken beds, no hot water, ant infestation in the room and none of the equipment such as basic cooking equipment that was listed.they took a damage deposit but didn't even notice half of the damages before we arrived when asking the reps to fix these issues they said they would but never did so you're left in a Foreign country with no work visa to find a job.when asking around the aiya Napa strip for jobs many of the staff members told me that in order to secure a job I had to give sexual favours to the managers and bosses.most of the replys this company gives to bad reviews says it all shifting blame onto everyone apart from themselves.250 reps they say however I only met 3 and none of them was the rep that signed me up that I was told would meet me once I got to aiya Napa.the only reply to their bad reviews is that legal action is being taken but they can't possibly take any legal action cause all the bad reviews that are written are true.ive experienced it first hand.i know accommodation isn't going to be 5 star and im fine with that but I at least expected to feel safe and I didn't as well as having basic equipment to live on.the only positive is meeting new people.honestly before going with workers family make sure you do your research and look at the bad reviews as well as the good ones cause you will most likely find that most of the bad reviews say the same thing and after going away with workers family I can say that I wouldn't recommend this to anyone I know.

Honestly the whole thing was a scam I was sold this amazing summer and was so excited to arrive and have the best time to then be shoved in the face with a nightmare from hell, had already paid a large amount of money for the month to then be told one to pay another £100 for damage deposit and a rep fee? Which they are refusing to give me my £50 damage fee back Then was told to be sold an events package which I didn’t need as I already had a wristband that let me into certain club and events, went to a pure event to be then chased by the reps the following day saying that I had snuck in and I owe them money as I wasn’t on a guest list as the owner was looking for me and my friends the 3 of us even tho there was 5 walked in together with same wristband on no guest list and it wasn’t an issue, I was also not aloud in my room until I handed the £100 over so sat outside the premises for over 2 hours to then be aloud in the room but not aloud to bring my luggage in for another 4 hours as I entered the room the bathroom was disgusting urine all over the seat, floor and down and around the toilet itself the shower was a piece of pavement that was suppose to be white but was actually black with filth and dirt the drains where covered in filth and full of hairs, you couldn’t even walk on the floor without ur feet being black the balcony had hair balls everywhere and was filthy the fridge smelt horrible the balcony door glass was smashed the locks where back to front so you didn’t know if your door was locked or not, the room was so disgusting And horrible the health and safety hazards where outrageous and I wouldn’t even let an animal live there. There was rats running in and around the premises no cleaning supplies. We where told we would have a cooking facility and a communal area to make food that was a big fat lie you couldn’t cook anywhere there was no kettle, oven, stove nothing the cleaners where non existent you couldn’t ask for clean sheets or to empty the bin or even toilet paper the smell of the toilet was absolutely disgusting I honestly highly do not recommend this company it is money robbing and absolutely atrocious I left 2 days after being there then also to be messaged and put down by the reps because I didn’t wanna stay there and because I didn’t tell them I left so they where “upset and annoyed because I didn’t make the time or effort to inform them I was going home” I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable as it was so easy for anyone to come into the room.

As use can see the reply of workers family again cheeky and very unprofessional for ur fact no we weren’t giving a terms and conditions sheet/contract to sign on arrival we where demanded money or no entry to the rooms so funny enough I couldn’t sit for 6 hours reading a sheet as there was no sheet to begin with, secondly it’s a scam as you are making ur workers live in a very unhygienic living space which for the record yes we where told that there would be cleaners as every living resort would have 🤣 use as a company are a joke and think it’s okay to speak to people in this context it’s childish and pathetic don’t-expect young adults to pay a lot of money to live somewhere abroad to expect to live in a pigs den where In fact your OWN reps said the living conditions is an absolute joke, and the shower pavement was filthy and disgusting think everyone is smart enough to know what a shower is suppose to be I have pictures to prove the filthyness on it where it was suppose to be white and was covered in ABSOLUTE FILTH and for the lock situation ur own reps says that the locks where not working properly,where back to front and warned us to try get the doors locked as anyone will just walk in so plz in future refrain from speaking to me in that tone thanks very much

infact I did not sneak into the events we had a certified wrist band which we bought of one of the reps at cherry bay to get into cherry bay and the pure events for the month so in record no boss was looking for me your workers just wanted bitta extra cash for their own pockets as other workers and reps said that we shouldnt be paying them as we already got into the event with no issues and nobody was looking for us ur reps where raging because we didn’t buy ur stupid package🤣🤣

Even funnier the reps didn’t actually work for your company stepped in because your original “head rep” left the country and the other 2 original Zante reps stepped down because the company is a joke think that says a lot for use 😭

Napa is not real best experience of my life. Mitch and Amo were very helpful in all aspects !!

been out here for 2 months in ayia Napa with workers family it’s been an amazing experience the events are also really fun mitch and amo looked after us the whole time and made sure we had a sick summer

Workers familly makes you have a nice time feel safe and very helpful reps such as Mitch and Amo provide free and some good discounts for events also

Highly recommend for anyone who loves Travel. I flew out to Malia in June and was the best decision I made. Workers family provided me with accommodation, security and support. All the workers I met during my time I couldn’t ask for others. They truly were an incredible group. Big thank you to Kyle and Will for ensuring everyone was safe and had a good time during their stay. Inspired by them both for how hard they work. Really enjoyed the events, the boat party had to be my favourite. Also the paint party was pretty mental.
Overall I think it’s a great company and this is perfect if you’re wanting to travel whilst you’re young. Truly an experience I’ll cherish forever. Thank you workers family❤️
