you stop your customer service over the phone and add stuff online without customer premission.

Glitchy, hard to navigate, not designed for managing multiple properties easily. App doesn’t flow well in the schedule.

Can be a potentially good program as they are very attentive when you sign up, however, I have emailed them many times over the last 60+ days to cancel my account and to credit me, yet they still keep my account open and charging me monthly.
