We were treated with the worst customer service we've ever seen. Not by one person, but by 3 different people. Aweful!

I actually called Alma Duran, who answered my call while she was in Canada and helped me expedite the process, very grateful for her assistance. As a result I have the account signed just waiting on sizing. 25 men in uniform 11 sets each all with company and name emblems. Thank you Alma!!!

Their simulated proofs are sometimes not reflective at all on what the finished product will be. They do really good with leather etching and sublimation. They don't have a great selection of threads for woven and embroidered patches, but they do a good job with them. Customer Service is so so. Turnarounds are okay.
