Not having to worry about rebooking 55 airline reservations while in the air after a delay that caused us to miss our connecting flight in our departure city was great. It was so seamless.

To Much Back and Forth
Whoever planned this trip apparently has never tried to traverse NYC with 3 buses and go from one end of the city to another to get to their planned activities.
We spent more time trying to rush through planned activities and making it back to the bus, just to drive back and forth to another.
So disappointed in this.
I appreciate the reply, but it wasn’t just my expectations the other adults and band director were also not happy about it and the students also complained.

I felt that the company did what they promise, such a fun and exciting experience traveling and exploring the nation city of the United States. I have no regrets of going there and I would do it all over again if I could.

Middle school graduation trip
This was a Miami to Chicago trip. It was extremely overpriced to begin with. $2K for 2 days. They stayed at a hotel almost an hour away from the city, they all came back complaining about how terrible the food was. These are middle school kids who love fast food, and yet they said this was the worst food ever! They took them to a bowling place without enough spot for all to play and places like barnes and noble. Really?? we paid 2k fr them to see barnes and noble and to bowl??

The experience was really enjoyable. Our guide was very knowledgeable about historical sights. I think we squeezed too much into 8 days. Was a bit overwhelming. Would have liked more free time in each big city- we barely saw anything of Philadelphia. Really would have liked to walk around Center City in Philly. Otherwise, was a very nice experience.

Trip of A Lifetime
My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her trip to DC & NY. She said all of the guides were kind and helpful. As a parent it was comforting to know my kid was in good hands when she's 2500 miles away! As a parent, Worldstrides was very helpful from start to finish. The payment plan was very helpful and easy to set up, as was the scholarship application. Thank you to Worldstrides for all you do for these kids!

I wish I could give 0 stars
I wish I could give 0 stars. Not only were the 3 days poorly planned with a lot of hurry up (walking fast) and wait with the standing around waiting leaving very little time at some of the stops…… but they had our middle school kids staying in a hotel that should NOT have been open! The front door was boarded up which meant the doors that should have been locked (located in the stairways by the way) were unlocked. This meant anyone could come in to the hotel and there was no monitoring of who was coming and going since people weren’t using the front door. There were 2 elevators, but only 1 was working which meant the kids were mostly using the stairs. Many rooms had been smoked in and had to be aired out, broken bed, broken shower, dirty bed lined, bugs, rooms cleanly not cleaned. Oh, let’s not forget about the backed up toilet! And when the chaperone went to the front desk to notify them of the backed up toilet, they gave him a plunger instead of calling maintenance!
Seriously, think about just planning a family vacation or plan a vacation with some friends. It would probably be cheaper and you can choose your own hotel and plan your own agenda.

BAD DECISION
I cannot warn you away from this more! It is a total and complete SCAM. I thought it'd be a great opportunity for my child to travel to DC and experience something incredible. But I couldn't keep up with payments and I had to file bankruptcy (not due to this,obviously). When I contacted them about canceling and possibly refunding my money (about $900) they said that there would be no refund because of the fees they charge when you dont make a monthly payment. So they get to just pocket that money. I am so mad I didn't do my research beforehand, but I trusted this company because it's the one the school uses to plan these trips. If you can't pay upfront, dont start. They'll find any way they can to keep your money, regardless of your financial situation.

During this experience, I loved to be able to see The best of Washington DC with a great guide (Coach Terry), a great bus, and a amazing bus driver (Mrs Sandy), and being with my friends the whole time. It was an experience I will always remember.

The World Stride experience!!
I personally had a lot of fun! I loved the museums and tours I went on, and the food was a variety of things, the first day we went to Gino’s East in Chicago the second day we went to margaritaville.

What an experience to remember
I had an awesome experience. Something I might not ever get the chance to do again. The statue of liberty was beautiful,ellis island was interesting,I loved seeing Hamilton,the wax museum was neat,the 9/11 memorial and museum was emotional but overall a great experience and I really enjoyed shopping at the dream mall.

Hassle free trip
Between our hotel host, our tour guide, and our motor coach driver, communication was on point. Everyone was on the same page, so everything went very smoothly. No confusion, no stress, it was great.
