I genuinely want to appreciate Ashish for the way he handled my issue. I was quite frustrated and disappointed with the situation at first, but Ashish completely changed my experience with his professionalism, patience and willingness to help.
He personally took the matter seriously, listened to my concerns and made sure everything was properly sorted. Thanks to his efforts, my flight ticket is now confirmed, and I can finally travel with peace of mind.
It’s not often you come across someone in customer service who genuinely takes responsibility and goes the extra mile to help. Ashish definitely deserves recognition for that.

SCAMMERS
The way they operate is exactly as described by others; take a booking and your money, then bully to change the date because this fantastic price they displayed to get your money is not available. It's bad enough they secure the booking based on false pricing, but then getting the money back involved over a week's worth of hassle and a threat of police report of fraud and a small claims court. I have multiple written confirmations of the booking being eventually cancelled, to then be told it wasn't. I have also been told and written to confirming that they processed a refund and it's my credit card provider's fault the money hadn't reach my account yet, to later prove they never processed the refund. I've never heard so many lies in my life. Best part was when they eventually called and offered the original ticket at the original price when I was at a point of submitting my small claims court documentation.... I thought I will fall off the chair laughing. The level of their desperation is beyond belief. I am still waiting for the refund which they claim was processed and provided a partial screenshot of it (proving they lied about processing it a week ago....). Still no money back, but I'll give it a few days before simply going to police, claiming it via credit card and suing. They need to be taught a lesson, particularly as their 'director' appears to be an accountant by profession.... SHOCKING

Our records show that when it became apparent that the selected departure could not be confirmed, our team attempted to discuss the available options with you. We understand that you had already made alternative arrangements and requested a refund instead, which we completely respected. A full refund request was subsequently raised, refund communications were issued, and the booking was ultimately cancelled with the refund processed on 3rd August 2026.
That said, we acknowledge that the communication surrounding the booking status and refund process did not meet the standard you should reasonably expect. We understand that receiving different updates at various stages may have caused confusion and led to a loss of confidence in the process. For this, we sincerely apologies.
Your feedback has been taken seriously and will be reviewed internally as we continue to improve both our communication processes and the way booking exceptions are handled.

⭐ 1 Star – Eventually Resolved, But An Extremely Stressful Experience
I booked Emirates flights through World Tour Store and, unfortunately, the experience was extremely stressful from the outset.
Before booking, I specifically checked that the fare included 2 x 23kg checked bags and 1 x 7kg cabin bag per passenger. After payment, I contacted customer service because I had not received confirmation. Rahul told me he would check with the ticketing team, which he did, and said he would confirm everything with me afterwards.
However, the confirmation I received did not include the baggage allowance. When I contacted Rahul again, he denied that our previous conversation had taken place, which was extremely concerning.
Things then became even more frustrating. During one conversation, Amaaira Ruhbaab told me to “take a chill pill,” “have dinner,” and “relax.” I found this completely unacceptable and unprofessional, particularly as I was dealing with flights for elderly parents travelling for medical appointments.
I was also given conflicting information about the booking and was presented with alternative options that involved different baggage allowances and additional costs. At one point, I was told that keeping the original booking would require an additional £80 payment.
I contacted Emirates directly, and they confirmed that the booking was on hold awaiting ticket issuance and that there were no restrictions preventing the tickets from being issued. This made the conflicting information I was receiving from World Tour Store even more frustrating.
After further escalation, Rishi eventually stepped in and resolved the immediate issue by arranging for the tickets to be issued. I appreciate that he ultimately helped get the tickets sorted, although they arrived slightly later than originally promised.
However, Rishi also told me that he would look after my complaint and follow up on everything that had happened. Since then, despite trying to contact him, he no longer answers my calls.
So while the booking was eventually resolved, the complaint and customer-service issues have effectively been left unanswered.
This was a 1-star experience for me.
The problem was not simply the delay in receiving the tickets. It was the combination of poor communication, contradictory information, repeated calls, potential additional charges, and the way I was spoken to when trying to resolve a genuine concern.
I would strongly advise anyone booking through World Tour Store to take screenshots of everything before paying and get all important information confirmed in writing.
The flights were eventually issued, but the amount of stress, uncertainty and time required to get there was completely unnecessary.

I was promised a full refund within 3 - 5 working days after I discovered they had taken funds but not actually booked the flights an were then attempting to extort more money from us. Total Scam do not book!
This review does not highlight how I was gaslight and the fact that it took several interventions and the fact that the refund was only received after direct threats and was nearly two weeks after the fact! Do not book

Completely SCAM company
I am updating my review because the situation has only gotten worse.
I have called customer service multiple times to ask about my refund. Every agent gave me a different excuse to delay the process. They kept making false promises and provided inconsistent and misleading information instead of resolving the issue.
It has now been 10 days. My payment was taken immediately, yet I have received neither my flight ticket nor my refund. They continue to hold my money without offering any real solution.
In my experience, this company has been completely unreliable and untrustworthy. I feel extremely disappointed and frustrated by the way I have been treated. I strongly recommend that others think twice before booking flights through this company to avoid going through the same experience.

Don’t buy plane tickets from this company — it’s a scam company.
They first trick you with low prices to get you to buy the tickets, then claim there are no tickets available and force you to pay extra.
If you refuse and want a refund, they come up with all kinds of excuses to make you wait.
Very bad experience, I do not recommend this company.
