Very poor customer service. I paid the extra for DHL but three days later they still had not given the package to DHL. I phoned to cancel the order. Nobody answered so I left a message and no one got back to me. Rang twice more same story but my phone call did make them get the package to DHL. Eventually the package arrived but I had already had one delivered the next day from another company. Best avoided.

I ordered some overreach boots that are XL I have trouble finding larger boots they are a good fit and the black pair in particular have a very large Velcro strap the blue were smaller double straps but still good. My only criticism is that I also ordered some pig oil and it had slightly leaked in the box, nothing major but it would have benefited from having tape across the lid to prevent any leakage.

Ordered a repeat of my last order was disappointed that it was not packaged as well as previous order and consequently one of the gel tubs was slightly damaged causing a slight leakage no packing around the tubs at all this is not a good practice otherwise everything was fine

Very helpful to be able to order by phone. My order was dealt with very efficiently. The delivery date and time was accurate.

I required an item at very short notice, contacted Sophie who immediately checked it was in stock. After confirming it was in stock it was despatched straight away I had regular emails keeping me updated and item arrived exactly when Sophie said it would!
