Absolutely fabulous service from Sophie and Josh! Quick response, fabulous customer service and incredible knowledge on all products sold. Wouldn’t choose to use any other service! It’s absolutely brilliant to have such amazing knowledge and experience on the doorstep. No question is to hard for this business.

I found the advice given by telephone to be totally appropriate.
I was offered a different wormer where I could give my dog just 1, and then paid the price difference by telephone as they don't store payment information.

The subscription service works for me, the company are accommodating and helpful.

I ordered a rug from them that said on the website that the size I needed was in stock, however, it unfortunately wasn't. I had an email from Sophie within hours of me ordering it to let me know it was not in stock. She offered me many alternatives and options with discounts to suit my needs. I decided to order another rug from one of the alternatives she had given me, at a discounted price.

The new rug was received within days and I have one happy, warm, dry pony!

Thank you Sophie, I will definitely order from you again in the future!

I subscribed to their repeat delivery service. Two months I didn’t receive my goods. I tried contacting them numerous times by phone and email over a last three months. Yesterday I finally received an email saying they had only just seen my emails in their junk file but had only read my last one. They have cancelled my subscriptions as requested but completely ignored my complaint that I haven’t received two months worth of subscriptions.

I am not one for bad reviews, but this really upset me. I was looking for hay cobs online and found them IN STOCK on wormersdirect, I have ordered chaff too, yes the chaff arrived very quick , but, cobs didn't, on my invoice it said to be shipped, I tried calling numerous times, got through only once, the phone call got cut off and I ended up with no concluding result.
1. Why do you accept an order for items you haven't in stock
2. If you haven't them in stock, why aren't you contacting the customer prior to shipping partial order? To see how urgent it is.
3. I ask for refund when I finally do get through via FB and I get no apology or any sorry for your troubles response.
Animal welfare stores should be super aware of situations like such.
In my specific case that product is vitally required for my rescue, I left hanging for a a week without it. (I manged to fund it locally) so won't be buying from you guys again sorry.

Sophie was really patient and helpful when helping me find the right size of boots and went above and beyond - contacting retailers to check the right information.
