We use the Wholesale for WooCommerce plugin from WPExperts. We recently had an issue were the B2B price wasn't displaying correctly based on product selected & qty of product. Fahad from the support team got on the issue straight away but didn't initially understand what the problem was. Once I had explained it better he resolved the issue the same day & gave the code change he had to make to our theme to resolve the matter so our web developers could implement it.

Great support & communication at all stages & gives me confidence any future issues will be resolved asap.

The product is working great for my needs - and that's the ability to provide a Gift Card or Store Credit to my customer base, but the reason for my rating is the support I've received.

My issue was that when I was trying to apply Store Credit to the purchase it would not apply the credit unless I refreshed the page. Once the page refreshed, the credit would be applied.

I really appreciate that your team has taken the time and effort to assist with this problem. Fantastic service - seriously.

It's not very common these days and the fact you followed up, kept me in the loop and made the process very easy has really made me glad I purchased your product.

I look forward to new updates as they are released and hope that you'll have an easy way to update the email template soon. Thank you for all your help!

Great and quick support

I've been using their Wholesale for WooCommerce plugin for a while now, but after a recent update, we got an error, and the website started loading very slowly. Their support team quickly investigated and provided a fix and step-by-step instructions on how to implement it. It was a painless process which is what you want from technical support

I have been using CF7 Apps for several months and have been pleased with the consolidation of features and how easy it is to implement and use with my forms. Recently, I did notice a small frontend bug when viewing the entries details of my forms, so I reached out to support.
