I'm quite new to website building but the support I got from Rameez when I couldn't get the Smart Addons plugin to work was amazing. His responses were quick and any information he gave or asked for was clearly set out. I might be using the reduced price version of the plugin but that didn't mean I got a second class support. Won't hesitate to go back to WP Experts for any future plugins I may need.

The plugins are great! and improve with new features in every update. With such great support, you can't go wrong.

Aqib spent some time getting to grips with my specific needs and has done a great job, gone the extra mile so that the application works perfectly and shows clearly on the website.

The support if very fast and the efficiency of Aqib is very great. After 24 hours I receive a reply and a solution.

Had an issue with Abandoned Cart plug-in conflicting. Not only did it no longer conflict after they fixed this, but they added code to make using the plug-in easier. Pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

First of all, the product worked great. it has all the features I was looking for. I didn't have any issues but when I had questions the developer Uzair Hanif would respond right away. When my client changed their operating procedure and we no longer needed the plugin Muddasir Hayat gave me a refund for the unused time, no questions asked and no problems. Another big plugin maker wouldn't give a a refund, even though it was only two days after renewal. I really appreciate that kind of business.
