After a WP plugin stopped working properly for us after about 4 years, the support (Mr. Aqip Khan) still helped the next businessday. To solve the problem, a new free license was issued to us. Thank you very much!

The Advanced file manager plugin lets you create folders within folders and add files within the folders, allowing you to keep everything as organized as you wish.

I have been very impressed with the level of support for the Woocommerce Booking Exporter Plugin. I have needed their help a number of times and they are always very quick to provide a solution. We have a healing center with different session rooms, and we rely on this plugin to be able to print out hard copies of schedules for each of them. It's a huge time saver! I must thank Daniyal Raza for his quick resolution of our recent issue. I highly recommend this plugin for anyone that uses WooCommerce Bookings. It does not have an export function of it's own so Woocommerce Booking Exporter is a lifesaver!

Excellent support and great plugin

WPExperts.io left me with a completely broken website! I paid $399 for the PostSMTP Business Plan. I have been using the free version for years but wanted to use Amazon SES. The plugin would not work and after several days of time wasting, Aqib Khan asked for access to the site. They have now completely broken the e-mail function of my website and have stoppped replying to e-mails leaving me with having to rollback my website and lose data and $399 worse off.

I tried calling their US and Pakistan numbers but they go absolutely nowhere. Every single request gets assigned to Aqib Khan who is completely ignoring every single request.

AVOID like the plague. This company is a complete scam.

I had been using the Pro version of the plugin for about a year and after I moved hosts it suddenly stopped working. I reached out to the company for support and they were quick to get back to me with the issue and they also fixed it very quickly.

We had a small problem that was solved very quickly and professionally by the support team. I was even provided with a hotfix for a quick solution until an official version was produced. Special thanks to Aqib Khan, who supported me very competently.
